Attentive, friendly, lovely people
We were very well received, and the meal was very good and plentiful.
It's a very satisfactory place overall. The only downside is the quality of the exterior joinery; the old wooden windows are very worn, some still with single glazing, and one is even cracked in the bathroom of bedroom #5, letting in drafts. This is a shame, especially during the winter months and in this day and age when we're fighting against energy-inefficient buildings. There's also no electrical outlet in the office. Otherwise, the welcome was very good, the staff were pleasant, and the restaurant was good. Sincerely

We had a great weekend. Everything was perfect. Mention +++ for the welcome and kindness of the staff.
Faded, wall repairs in many places, not painted. Cold in the room, response: the boiler is not yet lit > we received a heater as a repair, noisy > turned off/night > cold. Very far from the 3 stars displayed. Restaurant: fries = oil sponges and also charred, inedible, industrial desserts, cold from the fridge (apple tart, red fruit crumble). Very disappointing all that.
A somewhat shabby hotel, clearly in need of some renovation. A rusty pedal bin in the bathroom, stains on the shower edges, and some peeling woodwork on the windows. Upon arrival, the room was 27°C (it was indeed a hot day), and the next morning, after a night with the air conditioning set to 19°C (which only worked halfway), it was still 24°C. Fortunately, there was a fan (why, with air conditioning? Perhaps the hotel knew about the faulty air conditioning?). The pool also turned out to be waterless (with an outside temperature of 28°C).

A home-like establishment where you are treated like true guests, the team bends over backwards to serve you properly. The staff's good humor is not an extra charge. A very pleasant stay, although too short.

Welcoming, smiling, extremely kind, helpful, and, in a word, adorable hosts. The hotel and restaurant were excellent. We highly recommend this establishment.
We had the attic rooms. These were fine. Nothing superfluous, but certainly adequate for an overnight stay while passing through. The only downside is that the air conditioning in one of the rooms blows hot air into the hallway, which makes it very hot. We were using two rooms and turned the air conditioning off at night. This made it more pleasant there in the morning. You don't actually spend much time in the hallway, so the noise isn't too bad. The bed is a bit short for someone my height (I'm about 1.95cm), but that's often the case in France. The beds are otherwise comfortable. The biggest plus is the pool. It's wonderful to take a dip in after a long journey. The hotel is also beautiful, and Rafael is a very good host. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent.

We love this hotel and the owners and always try to get at least one stay here every year. Wonderful place and people.
Courteous and perfectly adequate welcome and service, but the room is not up to what one would expect from this type of establishment: very soft mattress where it is impossible to turn over without waking one's partner, efficient air conditioning but the noise level is unbearable and one is obliged to turn off to sleep - besides, earplugs are available on the desk, is this a coincidence?. We took half-board, but the meals at €29 / person are not justified (2 choices per dish). In short, this stopover on the way back from vacation will leave us with a rather unpleasant memory. To be avoided - You can find better elsewhere for a price far from being deserved.
Presentation on the web good, on the other hand on site room too small, defects of degradation socket undone from the wall, shower door falling, dinner not up to the standard of a 3 star, on the other hand welcoming staff with 1 swimming pool available. This is my personal opinion if you are in the area and have no other solutions to spend a night it is still okay, the price remains too expensive for this Evening Stopover service 180 Euros.

Beautiful hotel, but it's a shame it could use a bit of a refresh to really show off its character! The decor isn't really stylish. Staff are very professional and welcoming. Hotel is clean. Food is very good.

A stopover taken at random and what a happy coincidence. The owners and all the staff are very friendly, warm and welcoming. The restaurant is as good as any gourmet restaurant, it's so excellent. In short, go there with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed with your stay.

Constant attention to customers is admirable, both the rooms and the restaurant are recommended!
Very warm welcome from the owner Raphael, very smiling and friendly as well as the 2 waitresses always attentive. Our room overlooked the swimming pool. Very good breakfast, generous and superb dinners with fresh products accompanied by very good wines and I won't tell you... the rib of beef... a delight. We will come back without hesitation with friends.

Excellent discovery! Welcome, quality of equipment and it comes at a reasonable price. Only small downside: the bure chain was a little dark due to the color of the walls and especially the foliage of the trees seen from the window. This point is also very pleasant 👍
This was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights whilst visiting the area. The welcome was great, the room small, simple and spotlessly clean. The food at the restaurant was excellent and a good hearty breakfast in the morning was very welcome.
A somewhat rustic hotel, compensated for by the quality of the welcome
A Frosty Welcome and a Stay to Forget From the moment we arrived, we were faced with a strange and tense reception. The manager seemed on edge, bordering on rude to us, and gave the impression of having trouble supporting his staff. We had booked room #12: it looked more like a closet than a room. Despite everything, we tried to put on a brave face and went to dinner... only to end up eating a pizza of dubious culinary virtues. Back in the room, the problems piled up: mold on the ceiling, dusty decor, curtains crudely attached with self-drilling screws in PVC, a tiny TV screen, and a noisy air conditioner blowing hot air into the hallway. Having exceeded the tolerance threshold, we decided to leave. When we announced our departure, the manager was aggressive and incomprehensible, his unpleasant attitude confirming the discomfort felt throughout our stay. "We paid for our meal and are now awaiting a refund. It's unfortunate that the photos don't accurately reflect the reality." The establishment appears dated and in poor condition: damaged shutters, torn cladding, inadequate air conditioning.
Recommendable accommodation, with warm & friendly service! Building is somewhat older, but with a friendly atmosphere. The new owners have plans for renovation in the coming years: it improve the quality of the stay! One recommendation (could be we missed it): a vegetarian option in the menu.
A very good address. A very warm welcome and attentive staff. Very nice rooms and excellent dinner with regional dishes and fresh homemade products. The hotel has a lot of charm and is located in a pretty village between Bresse and Jura. Ideal for visiting the region. The plus is the magnificent swimming pool to relax and refresh after a day of walking. Really very pleasant. We will come back with pleasure.

First of all, a big thank you to the hotelier for booking us a table in a very good restaurant in his absence... The breakfast was very good. The big black point is the dilapidated state of the hotel as a whole... and repairs done in haste (curtain rod fixings, crooked chandelier, rusty bathroom bin among other things)... Tiny toilets... It is unfortunately prohibitive even if the reception and the staff are very friendly... In fact the accommodation cannot be classified as 3 stars... Mr and Mrs Norguet passing through

The hotel is closed and has been opened toe. Ook eleven kamer kon een update gebruiken maar het geheel was wel proper. De badkamer was reeds vernieuwd, dat was te zien. From the moment of receipt, in the end, the message was heel erg goed. Iedereen was even vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam, dit komt men niet zo vaak tegen. De steak die we aten in the restaurant was van topkwaliteit, superlekker. Please note that the last word you have given is that your hotel will have the right to use it.
The only thing that wasn't great during our stay was the water pressure for the shower, everything else was very good. Thanks to the whole team.

The boss is adorable and if he cooks you the filet with morels and the homemade foie gras as a starter washed down with an AOC Morgon, what more could you ask for? Oh yes, more morel sauce, more morels, lots of morels, there are never enough morels ;-)
