pillow and duvet with unbearable fabric, welcome without respect for the customer because I waited 1/2 hour in front of a gate and a silent intercom, all taken with disdain by the "hotelier".
Hello, we are sorry that your stay did not live up to your expectations. For several years, we have opted for duvet covers and pillowcases made from flocked fabric, approved by the Logis Hôtels group, which has this supplier in its customer portfolio and which has so far given complete satisfaction to our users. As for the unfortunate incident where you waited half an hour in front of the gate, we remind you that in our general conditions of sale, the reception of the public is between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and that in the event of arrival outside this time slot, we are happy to receive you after a telephone call from you. You use the terms "no respect, disdain" when you yourself are not exempt from a very aggressive attitude. Perhaps you didn't like the fact that we advised you to call us, which would have allowed you to avoid this unnecessary wait, but in any case, don't count on us to "grovel" in the face of this unacceptable attitude and we strongly advise you to avoid all establishments in the Logis Hôtels group, which are staffed by dedicated people ready to welcome you in the best possible conditions.
Thank you for the welcome, I enjoyed my stay. Just one small downside, you can hear too much of what's going on in the neighboring rooms. Otherwise, great, possibility of eating in the evening.

It is urgent to change the bedding (140 cm is no longer required) and the mattress and pillows are very hard. Uncomfortable. The TNT decoder coupled with the TV has not been done for at least 10 years............. TV too small
Good evening, thank you for your feedback, we strongly advise you to carefully check before booking the necessary and mandatory description of the rooms where you are offered a 140 bed, it is impossible for us to provide you with a service that we do not have. It is also stipulated on our site that we respond to any request for an additional pillow which would have allowed you to spend a more comfortable night. Also in the description of the rooms, it is mentioned a foreign television service which therefore requires a modulator which has nothing to do with technical obsolescence.
