Stayed 2 days. No hot water the first day. No electricity or TV outlets on the second day, but hot water was available. Breakfast was very basic considering the price.
Friendly welcome, noisy pipes all night and limited breakfast options
Tout est bien, propre et bon service, cadre beau mais un point negatif est le manque de rideaux occultant et donc on dort avec beaucoup de lumiere ext qui envahie la chambre. De plus les chambres a l'etage avec balcon ont moins de lumiere car le toit bas bloque un peu la lumiere.
Excellent staff, but breakfast was very expensive. The dining room was very cold for breakfast and there was noise for part of the night, possibly from a water pipe?
A wonderful experience on all levels: comfort, welcome, food, environment! I highly recommend it!
The room was small and dated, but very clean. The bathroom was cramped, with no electrical outlets or shelves, and also outdated. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was very friendly. In short, disappointing compared to the photos on the website; one expects better in this type of establishment. A shame.
Nilesh gave us a very warm welcome, and the setting is relaxing amidst the vineyards.

The restaurant served exectional food though we were disappointed it wasn't open on the sunday we arrived and not warned as such!

Warm welcome, great restaurant and breakfast, beautiful surroundings but the rooms are better when the weather is warm. Very comfortable bed but there is little space for toiletries in the bathroom, no heated towel rail and no power point. No working heating in the room either.

Excellent location, beautiful scenery, very friendly, helpful, welcoming, professional staff. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable and very clean.
The room is really small and the soundproofing is almost non-existent. You can hear the sound of a compressor every ten minutes, the pipes resonate in the walls, and even conversations or alarm clocks from neighboring rooms are audible. The comfort is greatly affected, and unfortunately, it's closer to an Ibis Budget or a Formule 1 than a luxury hotel. Fortunately, the restaurant clearly raises the bar: the food is excellent and the staff is very kind, which partly makes up for the experience.

Magnificent place, the hotel stopover evening is perfect. The setting, the comfort of the bedding, the quality of the meals.
Good stay at the hotel, dinner at the restaurant perfect, however I found the breakfast expensive (16 euros) for what there was, personally I travel a lot for my work and in general at this price I have more choice. We also had drinks at the outside bar and I admit that the price of the cocktail is a bit excessive (12 euros) especially since half the glass is filled with ice cubes.
Peaceful setting in the middle of the vineyards

Ruime badkamer, kamer ietsje klein. Vooral een opbergruimte/kast voor de kleding. Zeer rustig en mooi uitzicht
Old-fashioned room. Bathroom shower/bathtub not working. No furniture to put things on. Balcony with a beam that makes it difficult to sit comfortably, too small. Food far too expensive for the quantity (child's portion??)
All good apart from restaurant
Decent welcome. Hotel looks very ugly from the outside and clearly needs a general refresh. Room is far too small, and soundproofing is non-existent. The air conditioning is noisy at night. No outlet in the bathroom. The restaurant, however, is making up for it a bit... Basic breakfast. Value for money = Mediocre, especially for the geographical area.
The room is a bit small, but the comfortable bedding, the separate toilet from the bathroom, and a small balcony make up for this detail. The restaurant is quality. Very well-prepared cooking. Efficient service.

Beautiful setting, professional and pleasant staff. Quite a bit of neglect on the exterior: degraded facades, broken paving stones, rusty wrought iron railings... Very cramped, very small room. In terms of catering, the staff is pleasant. The dishes are well presented and the products are of quality, however the service is very slow: out of 4 dinners, I waited almost an hour for 1 dish for 3!
Overall Experience:
The hotel was very nice and ideally located, with a beautiful view and a calm atmosphere.
Charge station was working great and allow us to completely recharge in two hours.

The bath curtain was too long and ended at the bottom of the tub, which was not very pleasant.
It was very good and we liked the stay very much. Only at the restaurant we got the feeling, that the staff was annoyed because our french was very bad… but we are not sure. It was a little displeasing. But overall the stay was very good, we charged our car, it went perfectly, the staff was overall very nice to us and the room was beautiful and very clean. The food at the restaurant was exceptional. Thank you very much!
Very nice location. Nothing negative (only it is in the middle of nowhere, but that was no disadvantage for us!) Clean, good breakfast. (Only some mosquitos in our room…)
Excellent value for money! Although the buildings aren't perfect from the outside, the welcome, the pool, and the beautiful park with outdoor bar were perfect for a stopover on the vacation route.
We enjoyed a one night stay on our journey from Spain to the UK. Our room was clean & comfortable, albeit a little on the small side, our dinner (served outside in wonderful surroundings) was superb, and breakfast was plentiful. The peaceful setting of this hotel was a joy and the scenery was beautiful. All the staff were friendly & helpful. We were warmly welcomed - and Henry, our Old English Sheepdog, was equally well greeted.

The pictures on the website are great but the reality is different. the building is old and needs renovation and above all, the rooms are very small.
The taps were behind the dirty shower curtain, no place to put your belongings in the bathroom, very small toilet, and EV charging possibilities only one (not standard but maybe French) connection method.
We had the impression we lived in a very small caravan. We left two days before the end of our stay and went back home.

Very small room under the roof, 2-star Ibis type and not 3-star. You can barely turn around. Ridiculous balcony with uncomfortable chairs. Very nice dinner, unfortunately the wines are mainly from the Dourthe group (the owner :) ), not at the level of the dishes served.

A fairly basic and reasonably priced hotel in the most beautiful location with views to die for. Coupled with a truly excellent restaurant it’s absolutely perfect. The chap who greeted us was charming and spoke excellent English - it helped that he was a massive premier league football fan who supported the same team as me!
The reception is very professional and very friendly. But the hotel is extremely ugly on the outside and has long needed a facelift. The common areas, reception and breakfast room, are adequate. The room was clean and the bedding was good quality, and the housekeeping was well done every day. However, the room was tiny with a sliding window that was more like a loophole because it was so small. This created a depressing atmosphere even in the middle of the day. The bathroom is adequate, but the sink faucet is ridiculous and complicated. The toilet is so small that you have to contort yourself to get in and close the door. I don't understand the 3-star hotels. Tonight we are staying in a 2-star hotel in the region that is smart, with a large, modern, and bright room and a large bathroom. We didn't go to the restaurant, which is apparently very good. But the hotel is not worthy of its owner, the Dourthe vineyards. Its only advantage is that it is the only hotel in the area, hence perhaps the lack of commitment to making the rooms brighter.

Good experience overall, but sadly because the problems connecting to WiFi, we had to spend additional amount of money to purchase exctra data.
Thus shouldn’t be a problem for a place of your level in 2025 to adress.
