Very average welcome!
Very friendly welcome, magnificent surroundings, perfect services
Everything was fine. We just need to make an effort with cleaning. We found a toothbrush in the bathroom on the sink, and a hair clip on our bed.
Cramped bedroom and bathroom. Corner bed, very unpleasant.
Small, clean room except for the faucets, especially the shower faucets, which were very dirty around the faucet. Comfortable bedding, impeccable towels, pleasant decor.
Very beautiful location with a view of the lake, room with a small terrace too. Very bright dining room. Staff very attentive throughout. Restaurant more than tasty.
Comfortable but small room, minimalist bathroom
Always a delight, beautifully place by the Lac de Liez. Small rooms, some with balconies overlooking the gorgeous view, but well appointed and most important the beds are magnificently comfy, with classy, top quality bedlinen.

Pleasant location and a fair buy, but a very small room, barely furnished. Where to put the luggage for two people?? Bathroom at a minimum. Wifi works well, but TV reduced to French stations...

Very well located hotel for a stopover on the vacation route. 2-star category but it has everything you need for a good night's sleep. The restaurant is a plus. There isn't much choice but it was excellent and good value for money. In addition, the terrace overlooks the lake and offers a nice view. Breakfast is basic (1/4 baguette, 1 croissant, a pain chocolat, 1 cup of coffee, 1 glass of orange juice, jam and yogurt).
The hotel welcome was delightful and they made us feel very welcome, and the dining experience was great but limited in choice.
The reason for the lower score was not the restaurant or the staff, but the rooms, as they were very bleak, grey and cold looking, with everything cramped in to a small room. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, only a small fridge with water, which meant that you had no way of making a drink. It is amazing how the contract of a beautiful restaurant, with amazing food quality, is then match with what can only be described as a prison cell style of room.
We stayed at the hotel as it was a pitstop on our return journey from Italy to the UK, and if we were to return, it would only be for the restaurant and not the hotel rooms.
Well-located hotel, small room, 140 cm bed against the wall but comfortable bedding. Basic breakfast (reheated industrial croissant and pain au chocolat), I asked to exchange the croissant for the bread (not extra) and was told that the strict number had been cooked and that it was therefore impossible. A little flexibility would be appreciated. For the restaurant, the meal is good and plentiful but the menu is not clear. I explicitly asked if we could take the single menu and choose another dish from the menu, which was confirmed to me by the waitress. In the end, everything was charged à la carte. I noticed this after leaving, I would have preferred to report it verbally to the reception manager whom I did not see again.

I find it a shame to still find dust on the headboards under the bed, switches, sockets, bedside lamps... stains on the bathroom and toilet doors, hairdryer that doesn't work in the bathroom... and inhabitants in the bedroom and in the bathroom, that is to say very large spiders
