Excellent stay at this pleasant and easily accessible hotel. Very warm welcome. The restaurant is excellent (exceptional foie gras)!
Everything was perfect
I highly recommend this hotel! The welcome and decor of the common areas are exceptional. The room and bedding were perfect! It's very quiet, and there's free private parking! The breakfast is good! A big plus for the staff's warm welcome at all levels! And hooray for hats! One last point: it's very well located for visiting Provence, including Les Baux-de-Provence, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Arles...! This is our second stay. We will definitely be back! Perfect value for money!

Very pleasant staff. Excellent food (congratulations to the chef, especially for the originality and quality of the desserts). The family room is very nice.
Warm welcome, clean room, elegantly decorated hotel, parking available. I didn't see the pool, but I was there in winter so that makes sense, but there was a bit of noise in my room in the evening, I don't know what it was (ventilation or something like that).

We were greeted by Aminata in the evening, and the welcome was very professional and warm, with her attentiveness to our needs. In the morning, we received a very warm welcome from Khalissa, who was also very professional. We came down early for breakfast because, as an insulin-dependent diabetic, I was experiencing a severe and very reactive hypoglycemic episode. Khalissa served me sweet treats to raise my blood sugar. The room was perfect: spacious, quiet, and impeccably clean. Our weekend got off to a great start at this hotel, with professional, responsive, kind, and attentive staff. Please keep these two people on staff, as they reflect the quality of your hotel. I have very fond memories and hope to return very soon. The only small thing that needs to be added to the rooms is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, and a few snacks. During the night, I had a hypoglycemic episode and went down to reception to find the gate locked and no night porter, so I couldn't ask for sugar or anything else to perk me up. I called the hotel number, and Aminata answered and confirmed the staff shortage.
A quality overnight stay, good food, comfortable bedding
The staff were very welcoming and friendly! The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay, with a fantastic breakfast, and the hotel terrace and bar had impeccable service.

Room for 3 people: space a bit narrow; impossible to open the bathroom door completely because the bed was in the way. For everything else, everything was very good.
For a 3-star hotel, there's no courtesy tray. And they refused to serve us in the restaurant after 8:15 p.m. during school holidays. What a shame!
Great stopover in Beaucaire
We stayed 2 nights at the Logis des Vignes Blanches. The rooms are well renovated, the bedding is of good quality. A strange noise (like a pump) appears when using the bathroom but stops afterward so it does not disturb sleep. The toilets are very very small, this can be a problem depending on the person's build. The rooms facing the "small street" are quiet. The staff is lovely and attentive. We also had dinner at the hotel on Friday evening. A reduced menu that guarantees fresh products. Innovative and very well-executed cuisine (the seasonings are very good). The breakfast, served as a buffet, is varied. The vintage decor of the dining room is very nice.

The hotel has the advantage of being close to Les Baux-de-Provence, of a very reasonable price, of having private parking and of offering on-site catering. An effort has been made on the decoration, as much of the reception, the dining room as the rooms. The rooms have very effective quadruple glazing as well as an entrance hall which reduces noise from the corridor. On the other hand, they have been optimized as much as possible for a very limited surface area and a somewhat cramped bedding (140cm bed) but the recent renovation (especially in the bathroom) has been well thought out.

Terrible experience, absolutely not recommended. Upon arrival, the welcome was cold and rude: the reception staff spoke only French, making no effort to communicate in another language or provide clear explanations. This is unacceptable in a hotel. The room was tiny, so much so that the bed took up almost the entire space: when opening the bathroom door, it slammed directly into the sink. The towels were already wet, and when we asked for a replacement, we were met with long faces and rudeness from the staff. Cleanliness was nonexistent: bathrooms full of hair and dirt, hallways with vomit stains left on the carpet, a truly shameful level of hygiene. The common areas also left much to be desired: the pool, without a single umbrella, completely exposed to the scorching sun, was unusable. We had booked for three nights, but after the first, we decided to leave. We paid the dog supplement and were not provided with a bowl or pillow for him. A stay to forget.

Basic room, small toilet, I'm not tall and hit my head. Very good bedding, everything is very clean and the staff very good. Only one disabled space, my wife had to walk because there was no more space, we were in the housing estate opposite, on the other side of the road.
Top staff from the reception to the maid. Nice hotel but does not deserve 3 stars. Limited breakfast for the price (commercial fruit juice). Defective door handles, toilet flushing into the void, but absolutely nothing to say about the cleanliness of the place.
I am rarely so critical of a place but this time I must admit that I am disappointed. I give 2 stars because the bed is very comfortable and there is air conditioning that works well, as well as the location of the place which is close to everything, these are the good points. The less good unfortunately: A very (too) small room, Sheets and pillowcase stained / dirty (see the photos for proof on my arrival) The broken toilet bowl (photo) The staircase cluttered at 4:40 p.m. by various things linked to the stewardship no doubt ... The floor of the swimming pool is dangerous the joints are non-existent and the tiles of the swimming pool are one higher than the other (risk of stopping the toes) I did not take photos I did not have my phone. To talk about the welcome, it's really not what I expected... A bad welcome = 8 breakfasts lost as well as 8 lunches and 8 dinners lost... The parking lot is tiny compared to the hotel building and the number of rooms

A perfect stay in a charming setting! The hotel is ideally located for visiting attractive cities less than 30 minutes away. The staff, both at reception and in service, are remarkably kind and always smiling, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The decor is original and very tastefully done, which gives a warm and unique atmosphere to the establishment. As for the food, we were won over: a short but masterful menu, with fresh and tasty dishes. We tasted the entire menu and we had a great time! Congratulations to the whole team for this great work 👏

Rooms cost over €120 without air conditioning. They prefer to give rooms where they work to tourist buses. I book 100 nights a year for my work, as well as 200 restaurants. I was very disappointed.
It was clean, the hotel staff was friendly and cheerful. The bedding was perfect and the sheets super soft, I had two excellent nights.

I booked a room with air conditioning, which was very important due to the heatwave (temperatures reached up to 35°C). Only upon arrival did I find out that the air conditioning wasn't working, but the staff informed me that they had placed a fan in the room instead. I went to check if the room temperature was bearable. Unfortunately, it wasn’t—it was hot and stuffy, and due to the noise outside, it wasn’t possible to open the window.
I asked whether, given that the room did not match the description on the website, I could get a discount on the stay. The staff refused and only offered that I could cancel the reservation and they would refund me in full for those nights. I’d like to add that it was already 7 PM, so I was put in a particularly difficult situation—they could have informed me about the issue much earlier, but they didn't.
I decided to cancel the reservation. Despite the staff's promises, I still haven’t received a refund, and they are no longer responding to my emails. I would never have expected such unprofessional and disgraceful behavior from such a large establishment. I absolutely do not recommend this place. They cannot be trusted, they deceive their customers, and the description of the rooms does not reflect reality.
To visit the surroundings of Beaucaire, we booked this hotel with a swimming pool. We appreciated the family side of this establishment. The welcome was great. The swimming pool very clean. The room is very spacious and very well decorated. It would be interesting to be able to reduce the air conditioning which was a little too cold for our taste (and we complain). A small fridge would be a plus. The bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom with toilet is very spacious, the shower could be equipped with a central shower head (but that's just to be complete). In short, a very nice 2-day stay 20 minutes walk from Beaucaire which we recommend. Thank you to the hostesses and waitresses for their welcome and their kindness.
Mixed review, right from the start. A welcome without a hello, but the smile was there. We couldn't eat there because the cook was ready to commit suicide, we were told (we didn't want to be responsible for such an act). No problem, we found somewhere to eat elsewhere. We had a good night's sleep thanks to a comfortable bed. However, the television turned off every 3 minutes. Luckily, we were tired from a day on the road... In the morning, we arrived two minutes before the dining room opened. The comment was made in such a way as to make us feel guilty. There's a way of saying things. We're not animals, we could have waited with a nicer explanation than this two-minute comment. (I don't know anyone who's 2 minutes early or late). In short... There may be a lack of training for the reception staff. The 2 or 3 stars given are really to encourage us to return to the level that allowed you to have the opinions that brought us to your establishment.

The swimming pool is a real plus. In short, it's close to perfection. But there is a fly in the ointment... The person who takes care of reception and who is surely the manager of the place should manage another position! In an office out of the way! Welcomed like two prisoners in pre-trial detention at the end of the morning, we drop off our suitcase and leave with a very good impression sic. Back around 5 p.m. loaded with our things, we are asked for a credit card imprint because many leave without paying. On the one hand, the room was prepaid, this concerned dinner. Suspicion hovers over us... I end up giving my card, but the friendly guy turns around and doesn't want it anymore. In short, this person is a pain because she undermines the extraordinary work of the rest of the team! Not being in the habit of hiding behind the anonymity of a website, I told her when I left what I thought of her manners. She'll recognize me...

Having arrived early at noon and having to dress for a wedding, we were offered to leave our suitcases in a meeting room with large windows and get dressed quickly with a lack of discretion and modesty. Indeed, we were told that the rooms were not available before 2 p.m. However, we could have asked for one of the rooms to be cleaned as a priority from noon! Furthermore, the room we were allocated was tiny and we had trouble sleeping because a night light on the ceiling above the door comes on every time we pass. When you go to the toilet at night, your partner is woken up! It's absurd. Too bad because the hotel looks good and breakfast in the garden is pleasant. We stayed 2 nights

Reservation made in a hurry, but taking into account the rather positive reviews, particularly those praising a local restaurant; Arrival a little after 8 p.m. after a very long day and many kilometers. Impossible to have dinner, and nothing nearby (without taking a vehicle); then air conditioning (very old) broke down with change of room at 10:30 p.m. (it must be recognized that regarding this problem, the staff was responsive.

Intermediate door at entrance room to neighbors. Very noisy. Breakfast sober. Outdoor seating seemed like a storage room. A lot of seats too close together. Swimming pool no umbrellas and first cross a gravel parking strip. Storage space for bicycles large. Receptionist friendly. Offer including breakfast, still wrongly charged for breakfast. Very small room, inaccessible toilet, small bathroom, bedroom curtain not blackout enough, woken up by the light, breakfast too little stocked for the price. Room price too high compared to the living space (no shelf near the bed, very little space on each side of the bed, ...) good point the bedding and the staff. In my opinion the rooms do not correspond to a 3 star hotel.
The only thing we didn't like was that our room, which had a beautiful, large bed, was very small and the bathroom was ridiculous with the toilet almost under the sink.
The pool was great and very clean and well-maintained. We had a set menu at the restaurant twice, and the food was delicious and delicious. Communication with the staff was a bit difficult at times. More English skills would have been helpful.

The hotel is easy to access, provided you arrive by car. There are no nearby shops. Parking is available. The rooms and amenities are pleasant but cramped.

Chambre petite et sans balcon.
Very warm, welcoming and smiling staff. However, we noticed that this room was not part of the hotel itself but rather a service room next to the restaurant. We came to this conclusion because at 11 p.m. the hostess closed the restaurant gates. We could have gone to the bar during the night, for example, or to the kitchen. We also noticed that the login and password used for the Wi-Fi connection in the other rooms did not work in room 2; we had to use the lobby connection. Finally, the view of the hotel's storage room is not very pleasant. Based on this principle, we understand why a curtain was missing from the window and in the bathroom there were missing covers on the shower bar, a hook was broken and not replaced. For information, in PMR standards, the heating element of the mixer tap must be cold to avoid any burns in the event of a transfer. Finally, the TV was in Spanish and we only had access to TNT.
