Perfect welcome, service, and location
Cold welcome behind a glass window at the reception. Cash payment upon arrival, despite having a Logis card and prepayment when booking on the app. Room decent, clean. TV channels not up to date, some missing or no longer exist. Restaurant closed, this information was not indicated when booking.

Close to the Dune of Pilat, Arcachon, Bordeaux! Small downside: bedding not firm enough, shower that splashes very quickly (perhaps a curtain would be needed) and a kettle would be appreciated for a herbal tea or tea! I recommend this hotel without hesitation🥰

Hotel well located in a quiet area, easy to park, no elevator so a little difficult to access the second floor with luggage ... Our request for a room with a shower was granted. And with an upgrade we were able to benefit from a small terrace. We will return without hesitation with pleasure to this establishment.

Very well located hotel, well maintained, clean, the veranda is bright for breakfast. Very varied breakfast with fresh and local products. For half-board dinner, the menu offered is varied with seasonal products and a beautiful presentation. Possibility of having à la carte. Staff available and welcoming. The rooms are well appointed, a few additional coat racks at the entrance would be welcome. We had a pleasant stay.

This is a very clean hotel with friendly staff. Decent breakfast with plenty of choice. It is a quiet hotel because it is far from the beach and the city center. Small criticism: the rooms are pocket handkerchiefs as well as the bathroom. It's a shame, luckily we only stayed there for one night.
A hotel located in a very pleasant and particularly quiet setting. Ideal for relaxing over a weekend or longer. We will undoubtedly return to this hotel and we will recommend it. One small downside for me: we were on half-board and the evening meal was much too copious for me but excellent!!!!

Excellent establishment in a quiet and beautiful setting, close to the city center on foot. We were on bikes, there is a shed to secure them. The staff is attentive and available. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is also comfortable and well insulated. We stayed at this hotel twice during the week and also had dinner. The chef offers a menu with 2 choices of starter/main course/dessert. It was delicious. We will recommend this hotel without hesitation.
Our room connected to another room through a door and we could hear the people in the other room as if we were there with them. The breakfast and staff were top notch.
The hotel environment is very quiet and it is ideally located. The menu changes daily and is always delicious. Bravo to the chef, friendly service! The room cleaning was very well done. Thank you to the cleaning team. Too bad the hotel is a bit vintage and needs refreshing: the chairs on the veranda need replacing, some broken tiles need replacing on the terrace at the entrance. There is an unmaintained mini golf course and a pétanque court that was not offered to us. Some walls need painting. An outdoor area a little more comfortable than white plastic chairs would be ideal.

The welcome was perfect, the staff pleasant, the bed large and very comfortable. For the rest, it was disappointing: room with balcony which is in fact a very small balcony. The price of the room suggested a little more space and perhaps a courtesy tray. The restaurant was good, but nothing more. We had the daily menus on both evenings of our stay. We could have hoped for the price of half-board even if we hadn't booked in advance, but no, full price! In fact, after a wonderful stay in Arvieux (Alps) in a Logis hotel, we expected to have the same standard, especially since the price was higher.

Everything was good except for the rather light breakfast for 13 euros and no working coffee machine. The worst thing was asking for tea at 10 p.m. when I got home and paying an extra 3.50 euros for a bill of 155 euros for the night. It's a shame

Very good experience, everything is done to welcome you well, the staff from the employee to the boss, everyone does everything to make things easier for you and with great kindness. We found this accommodation for 4 people (2 adults - 2 children) for the July 14th weekend at the last minute with a very affordable rate for the services and location of this hotel. We will be happy to return.
We appreciated the calm, the cleanliness, the location, the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. A downside for the room: we had booked a superior room with a terrace at a high price. We were very disappointed by the narrowness of the enclosed "terrace" which deserves neither its name nor the extra charge. Remarks to further improve the breakfast: work on the baking of the pastries (sometimes overcooked, sometimes not enough), offer category 0 to 2 eggs (3 for the moment = battery farm), offer some variations from one day to the next. We will probably come back but in a room with a balcony! Thank you for this stay

This hotel is a real gem!... Located in a quiet area on the edge of Biscarosse beach, the careful soundproofing of the rooms adds to the feeling of a "haven of peace". No parking problem, except that shaded spaces are rare. The equipment meets our expectations and the separate toilet is a rare luxury in this category, as is the Italian shower. Finally, I would like to point out the quality of the welcome and the friendliness of all the staff, well above the usual standards. Breakfast is classic with savory/sweet and, surprise, another luxury with the possibility of making orange juice with... real oranges!... In short, happiness for a stay that we will not forget...

And this is the first time in a lodging (and I've been to dozens) that you are asked to pay for the room as soon as you enter reception and quickly pay for your meal as soon as you finish; you never know!!! Minus side, not really convenient for the beach despite adverts. Nothing in the bathroom like body lotion for example, no bottled water, no coffe making facilities. The waiter was rather abrupt and we did not enjoy being lectured about taking care with red wine in our bedroom, we are not children. I think if he could have prevented us from taking the bottle to our rooms, he would have.

During our training the room we immediately noticed a particular meditation the sheets were damp to the touch the towels also we warned the reception who told us that it was the humidity following the use of the shower by both of us. She then moved to the room and noticed that the floor was wet did not wipe with towels changed the sheets and also the towels, ran the air conditioning for about 2 hours until we returned to sleep. The sheets and towels were always a little damp to the touch. On the other hand the breakfast is excellent in this hotel.
