One important drawback: gels and shampoos are still sold in individual, single-use packaging. Please install refillable dispensers.
A good quality hotel, worth returning to for a longer stay.
Warm welcome and pleasant arrangement for a late dinner stopover, I recommend it.
Very noisy, avoid if you want a restful night; a laundry truck drives by at 4 a.m. right under the windows. The rooms are outdated and not very clean. Unlike other hotels, the spa is not included with your room; it's an extra charge.
I arrived around 9 pm after my car broke down. I was able to get a meal tray (arranged with the receptionist). It was a generous portion.
The restaurant was perfect, with a very knowledgeable sommelier who took excellent care of the guests, and the service was top-notch. The welcome was very pleasant. The room was cold upon our arrival, forcing us to turn the heating up too high to compensate until bedtime. The bathroom had a constantly running fan, preventing the room from warming up. The check-out process gave the impression that they were in a hurry for us to leave (payment was so quick that I couldn't present my discount voucher). We wanted to have a coffee before leaving, but we went to another establishment.
I'm extremely disappointed, especially considering this is my fourth visit. The reception was adequate but very average: no friendliness whatsoever; I could tell she didn't want to work on a Sunday... The room was freezing: 7°C when I arrived; it took two hours to painfully reach 17°C. The meal was very average (except for the pan-fried liver – perhaps a Sunday evening effect?), the Crémant de Die was unremarkable, and the worst part: at 1:30 am, I was woken up by the laundry delivery man (under my room, 126); he spent 30 minutes hauling six trolleys with tremendous energy and making an infernal racket.
The person at the checkout was very unpleasant. However, we paid in full and remained polite. It's a shame, because everything else was superb.
A great find! We stayed at this hotel as a stopover on our long road trip and opted for a spa, dinner, and breakfast package. The dinner dishes surprised us with their high quality and presentation. The 45 minutes in the private jacuzzi and sauna were very relaxing, and the breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious with a new, very practical bathroom and a large, very comfortable bed. We will definitely recommend it and will return if we have the chance. Special mention goes to the waiter and waitress who served us at dinner; they were very professional and attentive.

Magnificent in all aspects and especially the restaurant. Only one detail to improve in the hotel: the temperature in general and in the rooms was somewhat cold despite the existing heating system.
Cleanliness, excellent food, well-maintained hotel
The hotel, location and facilities are first rate. Rooms were good and bathroom also.
However, on checking in and to book a table for dinner, we were told that they were full and had no availability at any time. And yet there had been NO communication in the pre-arrival comms.
The front desk were "reluctantly" helpful. No suggestions of other places to choose. Bearing in mind the hotel is not in any town.
I found a place to book and the front desk were again reluctantly helpful in finding a taxi. (taxi firm was great!)
I cant say what food was like, but breakfast was good.
Overall I would say if you are not using the pool or spa or have a dinner reservation, this is NOT a good value for money place and is not best located...

One small drawback: when we made our reservation, we weren't informed that the restaurant would be closed in the evening due to a seminar. An on-site restaurant is one of our main criteria when choosing a hotel.
Beautiful hotel, pleasant, comfortable room (pool view in my case), impeccable bedding. Overnight stay with the possibility of different choices. Varied selection - sought after and very good.

A dynamic and welcoming team! They all have a smile!!! The restaurant is excellent, the wine cellar is excellent (with very good advice from the sommelier), the rooms are always spotless!!! The spa, the swimming pool, not forgetting the little homemade biscuit that accompanies the coffee with the meal!!!
