Excellent location on the Loire and a welcome and services to match.
This was our third stay at Les 3 Lieux and it's always a great pleasure to stay in such a magical place...
The television only works intermittently. The housekeeping leaves much to be desired. There was hair on the shower tiles, and the dust wasn't cleaned. Breakfast offered little choice. Expensive for what it is.
The welcome was adequate – normal, but not wow! The room was clean – normal – a few minor details need improvement if you want a very good rating! Breakfast was very good – a very warm welcome – a little soft music would have been nice. I appreciated the responsiveness to my last-minute date change request, although that's to be expected! In conclusion: Good service – a well-oiled machine that runs smoothly during this winter period. Management should consider adding a touch of emotion here and there to ensure greater customer satisfaction and even delight! In short, it's a good service.

The staff is very friendly and smiling. It is a real pleasure to be welcomed like this. The hotel is easy to access by bus (5 min walk) or by car (Parking in front of the hotel entrance) The room was clean and pleasant. What I regret, however, is the door at the entrance of the building which made the common wall between the corridor and our room shake (a little annoying when you sleep to be woken up by a slamming door and the noise of people talking in the corridors) in addition, our toilet flush made a dripping noise, we could not do anything to remedy it. (fortunately, it stopped from time to time) The breakfast was good and varied but I did not really like the taste of the coffee (served by a machine). We had dinner at the restaurant the evening of our arrival, as I said previously, the staff was very friendly. The menu is made up of dishes with good quality products from what I could observe around me. Unfortunately, being a vegetarian, I had no choice but to have a starter (the only truly vegetarian dish on the menu was a delicious butternut velouté). The staff offered to remove certain ingredients from certain dishes as a solution, but I find it a real shame that there wasn't at least one vegetarian dish on the menu... We found the menu a little expensive compared to the quantity on the plates, but the quality was there! This is a charming hotel on the banks of the Loire, with friendly staff.
The hotel is very well located, facing the Loire. The rooms are well decorated, and the bed is very comfortable, however the soundproofing is very poor, you can hear everything that is said in the hallway and in the adjacent rooms and above. Too bad.
Great, well-equipped room (thanks for the water carafe that wasn't a plastic bottle). Great water jet that uses little water. Everything was perfect, with a gesture from reception to let us leave a little later.

The room was very small. It was almost impossible to walk around the bed. Check-in ends at 6 p.m. A shame for a 3-star hotel.

We were very well received by phone and at the hotel (Alexandre and a very pleasant older lady). We appreciated the setting, being upgraded, and the price of the hotel was attractive considering the services. The bistro restaurant was very good. Be careful with the cleaning of the toilets; we had to flush the toilet upon arrival to evacuate some remaining fecal matter, something we have never seen in a hotel, even though we often stay at hotels. The orange juice offered at breakfast is not up to the standard of the establishment or the price, no possibility of having an espresso from the machine at the bar and the shower faucet too tight almost impossible to open or close with soapy hands room 17
- Pleasant and relaxing hotel, well located with a beautiful view. - Very professional and helpful staff - Room occupied on the second floor is adequate (good comfort, a little cramped with a small window and placed very (too) high up. - The bike room needs to be reviewed because it could be very good if it weren't for all the clutter (garden tools, DIY tools + various and varied storage). From 6 bikes, it becomes complicated. You should also leave some space to reach the hotel gate because you have to pass between 2 permanently parked cars (probably staff) while a sign indicates a drop-off point. The bike garage is nevertheless kept closed at night, it is well secured. - The breakfast may seem expensive at first glance but it is of good quality with a very decent choice.

Satisfactory dinner and overnight stay. For the private parking, it would be good to change the code regularly, because the keys used are marked in relation to the others. So it is very easy to identify the correct code.

Quiet hotel, full of charm.
We made a reservation for the first time in a hotel where a restaurant was planned on site in the evening and access to the relaxation area. However, on the website, which apparently is not kept up to date by the host, we did not have the restaurant in the evening because it was closed on Sunday evenings, nor access to the relaxation area. The code we had did not work because the area was also closed on Sunday evenings. But there are no details about this on the website where we made our reservation. So we paid for a room with bathroom and toilet at the price of 185 euros per night for a simple room with breakfast and parking. We do not want to come back. The price-quality ratio leaves something to be desired. We would add that the noise level between the rooms is not great. In fact, some customers left a baby crying for an hour, starting at 7:00 in the morning. After having finished filling out this questionnaire, we note that the person who did it did not reread it... there are incomprehensible questions. reread yourself. thank you

On your reservation that has reached us; There was no reservation noted for the restaurant or for the Wellness area. This is normal because for 10 years now, (opening of the Establishment), the restaurant has been closed on SUNDAYS because it is a day of rest for the teams, there is therefore no possibility on the platforms to select this service nor on our own website. A list of restaurants open on Sundays is visible on the Reception desk.
The Wellness Area has never been open on Sundays, so it is not possible to book it online for that day. Moreover, to book the Wellness Area with or without treatment, it is obvious that you must book by email or telephone. We will call you back to schedule your access time and massages (depending also on the availability of our masseuse and the appointments made by our clients).
When the Wellness area is open, the reception team will accompany you there: it is a private place with a limited number of people for everyone's comfort.
We also understand that you were unable to enter with the code we gave you, as it is the one for the garden gate.
We are sorry for the crying of a baby; but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it, let alone ban babies or children.

A warm welcome for bikers. The restaurant in the bistro package is very good. Breakfast is also good. We didn't try the gourmet package, but I'm sure it's perfect, like the rest.

Why limit the air conditioning to 27°? Why does breakfast have to be before 9:00 a.m.? This is unheard of for us.

Very beautiful facade for this waterfront hotel. A warm welcome, a small but pleasant attic room with a view of the "beach", a functional bathroom, and everything very clean. A courtesy tray and a bottle of filtered water. The only downside: the duvet is too heavy and too hot, worthy of a very cold country. We therefore slept quite badly, having to get up in the middle of the night to drink water. This is just a detail that can be completely corrected.

The location is magnificent and the hotel is very comfortable. The staff is very professional and attentive. Our room had a beautiful view of the Loire, but it was a bit cramped. We were completely satisfied with the food, both at the bistro and the gourmet restaurant. Our stay was therefore very pleasant and very successful.
Beautiful establishment with a magnificent location on the banks of the Loire. The rooms are comfortable with good bedding. The restaurant is of good quality. The downside of our stay was that breakfast only starts at 8:30 a.m. and we were refused a simple coffee when we left early (8:45 a.m.).

The setting is simply magnificent on the banks of the Loire. The welcome is warm and attentive. My room was very clean and comfortable.
I'm not objective. But having been there and returned regularly, I can say there's no debate: it's truly a perfect establishment. Impeccable welcome, pleasant room. In the evening, stopovers include a high-quality brasserie meal or top-notch gastronomic meal, with a menu that's always changing.
