This is exactly what we were looking for. A warm welcome, comfortable room, excellent dinner with fresh, local produce, and a good breakfast.

Een fantastisch hotel met mooie kamers goede bedden en heerlijke eten .
Eind oktober moet de verwarming werken ! Zowel op de kamer / bar als het restaurant was er geen verwarming!
Restaurant : de mensen bleven met jassen aan eten ! Twee tafels vroegen om verplaatst te worden omdat ze koud hadden . Niks werd ondernomen om de verwarming op te zetten . Kwaliteit resto ondermaats : entrecote hard en veel pezen en zeer dun . Entrecote gebakken nl bluechaud was Blue froid . De aardappeltjes erbij waren bruin en slap . Frietvet moet dringend ververst worden . De saus was een dikke saus uit een doos . Bijna alles laten staan ...35 euro !

The setting, the welcome and the value for money were all top notch.
Overall, a well-kept hotel. My only regret is that no one took into account my specific request for "desired peace and quiet." In fact, I opted for a superior room, which was indeed the case in terms of quality, but not in terms of peace and quiet! The room is located on the 1st floor overlooking a very busy road, so peace and quiet is not there, and I slept very badly.
Quietly located hotel, pleasant and functional room
We rent a budgetroom. Good shower. Toilet difficult to access. No possibilities to charche your phone Only 2 powersockets : one under the bed and the other one in the bathroom was broken like a lot of lights. The bed was perfect. This type of room will be better for one person, not for two. Next time we will reserve a bigger one. Perfect free parking. Very kind lady at the reception when we arrived
This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and each time it is a real pleasure.
It is often difficult to give an impression of a hotel. I always do it based on the value for money. In this case it is very good, even excellent. For French people, the breakfast is quite remarkable. As for the room, even if it is clean, the price very reasonable and the bedding quality, it would have been difficult for us to spend several nights there. Really too small and not easy to live in...Luckily our suitcases and clothes had stayed in the car, otherwise!!!!!! To remain on a very positive note, which the establishment undoubtedly deserves, we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the soundproofing.
Always the same pleasure to visit this hotel
Small room, stained bed protector, insects in the lighting above the bed, cobwebs, missing shelf on the right side of the bed, leaking toilet with rust stains, damaged wallpaper, no air conditioning or ventilation, shutters in poor condition.
10 days before our arrival, we booked two nights without air conditioning and one night with an air-conditioned room because the air-conditioned room was not available the first two days. Nothing was done to facilitate the transition (ask the housekeeping team to have this room made up in the morning so that we would not have to wait to take possession of it like newly arrived guests at 4 p.m.). When we politely asked, we were told in a very curt tone that they did not organize a change of schedule in "the snap of a finger" (even though our reservation was a few days old) and that we could not, out of "respect" for the housekeepers, ask that one room be made up before the other. What about respect for the customer? We had to get angry and leave a negative review on Google for the room to be accessible at the end of the morning. Why not simply organize all this from the start and say that it was possible? It is a shame that only anger leads to such a simple service.
Very nice establishments for a stopover, very friendly welcome, we eat very well there with local products, the small river which flows after the hotel is very soothing, the bedding and the rooms are not bad and above all our dog was also able to find what he was looking for thanks to a large park for his walk, and finally electric charging stations are available

Goed hotel om te overnachten op weg naar Spanje.
Enkel jammer dat er op maandag enkel in het Restaurant de 2 gangenmenu is, voor ons geen probleem maar voor jonge kinderen moeilijker. (Voorgerecht met Roquefort, hoofdgerecht pork met bier) was wel ok dat we voor de jongste enkel pasta konden krijgen zonder het varkenvlees erbij dan.
Op andere dagen want we zijn hier al meermaals geweest is de keuze uitgebreider.

Mooie stop voor overnachting langs de snelweg. Vriendelijke en behulpzame service. Er is aandacht voor het onderhoud nodig. En als het restaurant prat gaat op het rund uit de streek, dan verwacht je niet dat het vol pezen zit. Maar dat is geen reden om niet meer te gaan, alleen beter volgende keer vis te eten.
Spacious, air-conditioned room for 5, very quiet with a river view, very pleasant aperitif on the terrace, deckchairs available by the water, ample parking, very good value for money menu and welcoming staff. Long live Lozère!
The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. The appearance is a bit dated, especially the dining room. The staff made little effort to make you feel welcome. Everything was very functional. We wanted to have a drink by the river upon arrival, but there was no outdoor seating available, not even for dinner. It would be helpful if reservations were made in advance. Breakfast was good.
Overnight stay on the way back from vacation for the past four years. Always as pleasant (hotel, restaurant, site) and this year the welcome and service were particularly warm and professional.
The economy rooms couldn't be smaller, disappointing at €84.25 on booking with a starting price of over €100, it's shameful.
Good quality and good value
Very well located hotel, at the confluence of the Lot and Urrugne rivers; very well kept; very welcoming and very good service. Good breakfast and good restaurant; very pleasant rooms. Good bedding, large bathroom 😊 but quite small rooms and a mini-sized television.
Some rooms don't have air conditioning, including ours, which is very disappointing for a 3-star hotel. Otherwise, the welcome was warm and the staff were friendly.
This is the second year that we have spent 1 evening and 1 night in this hotel. The welcome is perfect, the meal in the restaurant is of quality with regional products. A night in good bedding and in peace is rejuvenating to continue our journey towards our holiday destination. The breakfast is very varied. Highly recommended.

Arrived at 8pm after a 6 hour drive. At check in not a very friendly welcome. We were told restaurant would close in 30 minutes at 8:30pm. This gave us no time to freshen up, check ourselves and dogs into room and get ready for dinner. I asked about bar and was told that closes in 30 minutes at 8:30 pm as well because of private party. We went out to a local bar about 500m away and returned at 10pm. There was no private party and no staff anywhere. This is a very strange hotel in a very strange village. I would never stay here again. Very creepy and unwelcoming. No lifts/elevators, horrible rooms.

Cold welcome, very very average service. Very poor quality evening meal, probably frozen and very very very cooked, almost edible (evening meal, Monday). Very strange breakfast, no egg cups for boiled eggs, only 1 salt and pepper set for the whole room???? You have to fight to keep some, I've never seen that! Tongs to serve yourself, 1 per table, what absurdity! Very average quality, abundance is not quality. Icy atmosphere because of very cold service. We did not take any pleasure in this charming place anyway. The hotel is 3 stars, it is worth 2 no more. Restaurant to avoid. In short, bad experience and absent owner of course. I'm not talking about the lawnmower on a Tuesday morning of course, people will think that it is not true. But yes, after a long Whitsun weekend we mow here early in the morning. In short, I'll go elsewhere next time, unless the management changes and runs this establishment a little better, which is clearly losing momentum.

Gorgeous setting
Very warm welcome, spacious room but what a shame that the bathroom, which is otherwise very good, has a window (admittedly with opaque glass) but without any blackout curtain and the door leading to the bedroom is made of frosted glass which means that the light from the headlights of the cars on the road next door and the night lights prevent a darkness conducive to restful sleep.
Poorly maintained economy rooms
It was okay. We didn't get the warmest welcome. We booked it through booking where it was stated that there was room service. Because we are traveling with our rescue dog that can't be around a lot of people, this was important to us. But there was no help or flexibility. We had to be in the restaurant with the dog, we couldn't eat in the room or outside. This was very stressful for us. The room itself was small but good and clean.

J'ai demandé une chambre calme car l'indication et l'orientation des chambres étaient absentes lors de ma réservation booking, j'ai eu un retour de l'établissement avant notre arrivée m'informant que ma demande avait été acceptée et prise en compte par l'établissement . Lors de notre arrivée tardive nous avons été placés dans une chambre qui s'avérait être du côté de la rue principale bruyante avec de la circulation dès 6-7 du matin. Lors de notre check out j'en ai informé le receptioniste qui au lieu d'accepter une erreur (ce qui peut arriver) a rejeté la faute sur moi le client indiquant que la réservation avait été faite en connaissance de cause coté village (ce qui est faux le site booking ne donnait pas cette information lors de la réservation et c'était justement la raison pour ma demande lors de la réservation). Il n'y a eu aucune excuse ni remise . J'ai travaillé dans des hôtels 3-4 étoiles et ce n'est pas professionnel du tout, concernant le petit déjeuner: je conseille aussi à l'établissement de vérifier plus souvent si le buffet ne manque de rien et que les denrées présentées soient encore frais , les quelques gateaux ou cake maison étaient limites et très secs , le reste du buffet était sinon de bonne qualité avec des produits frais et avec des fournisseurs locaux.
