Pleasant welcome, clean room, delicious dinner. Its location is intriguing, but this hotel is definitely worth recommending.
The staff is attentive and available even when the hotel is almost full. However, the Wi-Fi connection needs improvement at the end of the corridor on the upper floor.
There are really no electrical outlets next to the bed! Where am I supposed to plug in my phone?
The reception staff: very good, The night watchman: dynamic and smiling, it's a pleasure The breakfast staff: a real plus of service which is a pleasure to wake up to ;-) Downside, room 266: radiator in the room not bled, noise of running water all from 2:00 am and all the rest of the night small leak from the toilet tap causing a drip into the toilet tank (less bothersome as the 2 closed doors were enough to mask the noise).
Every time I travel to the region, I choose this hotel; the staff is attentive and very helpful. In addition, the food is always good and of high quality. Just one small drawback: the Wi-Fi connection isn't great in the upstairs rooms.
The rooms, bedding , etc have been refurbished and are comfortable but the corridors and shared areas are cold and depressing with an automatic door which opens as soon as you go anywhere near it and treats you to a blast of cold air.

Very good services: very quiet room both outside and inside, comfortable bedding. Quality food and the dining room team is more than pleasant.
Very large hotel, a little impersonal but good services (cleanliness, quality of food, layout, etc.). Sanitary facilities are clean and practical but a little outdated.

I think the hotel needs some tender loving care, i.e. painting of the outside and cleaning of furniture in the area next to the reception.
Pleasant room, very tasty evening meal, all the staff were very friendly. A little more choice at breakfast would be a plus, like fruit salad. We had a very good evening.
We had a pleasant stay. Special mention to Charlotte who is very helpful. The lollipops at reception are excellent.

Nothing to say, perfect, pleasant staff, super nice breakfast, everything sweet and savory, breakfast served in the dining room or in your room, and the restaurant is fresh and there is a choice, and for the quality, interesting prices, and it's quiet, you can't hear anything.
A very nice hotel, at a good price. Dinner in the restaurant is excellent.
Rather surprised to find the hotel was in a commercial centre. Having said that, when you stepped out the back you were in a green oasis with a swimming pool and a pretty pond. The beds were large and comfortable and the bathroom was also a good size. Nice touch to have a separate toilet. Didn’t enjoy dinner and the breakfast did not warrant the cost.

everything was great, unfortunately the overhead shower in the shower didn't work and at breakfast with the trays you had the feeling it was in the canteen which is a criterion for us to reconsider a second stay

This was a really successful overnight stay. It is in the middle of a shopping centre as many of the other people will point out so on arrival we were a little bit surprised. However, we had not read the information correctly and did not realise they did not do dinner on a Sunday… We were very disappointed but the husband and the owner said that he would cook us a special dinner. It was delicious and served with such kindness and efficiency.
The breakfast was great and lots to choose from. I stupidly left a small bag in the bedroom but luckily was telephoned not long after we had left so we rushed back and got it. I would highly recommend this place. I just wish it would be warmer and we could’ve used the lovely swimming pool in the garden.

Very warm welcome at reception and in the restaurant. Beautiful spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet hotel with access to the garden and swimming pool. Very good restaurant, always with a view of the monumental fireplace and the park.
This is a lovely hotel located behind a shopping area so it is accessible if you have a car. It has a lovely garden, a pool, a restaurant, and free EV charging. It is on 2 levels with no lift so you would need to specify if you needed a ground floor room.

Friendly and quick welcome. Good reception and service at breakfast, with freshly squeezed orange juice served - Beautiful restaurant room with fast service. Beautiful setting in general with a view of the garden. Limited parking spaces and quickly saturated. Room side: some have been renovated others not (bathroom Room 131 vs bathroom Room 126). No power outlet near the bed in the 2 rooms where I stayed. On the desk there is a tray with a kettle but an electric cord too short to be plugged into the wall outlet! :( Value for money: average rating because even if the setting, the overall comfort and the welcome are good, the price of the room is too high especially if you consider that lunch is not included and is charged 15€ extra. It seems that there is the possibility of a stopover formula which you should inquire about
