Excellent welcome despite not having a reservation; a solution was found. The restaurant is also fantastic.
The property is well located near a motorway exit. The area is very quiet. The rooms in the bungalows are spacious and bright thanks to the large bay windows. We only stayed there briefly, but it could be a good base for exploring the region. Thank you to the owners and staff.
Possible arrival time indicated on the reservation (3:00 p.m.) - Opening time on site displayed at 5:00 p.m. - Obliged to call for a physical arrival of the staff at 5:15 p.m.!! Staff (so-called managers) very unpleasant especially when we inform them of their lack of service and maintenance of the room (empty soap dispenser in the shower, ringing (non-stop) from 5:45 a.m. of an alarm inside the room due to lack of maintenance and monitoring of the battery status; Only response is that we will do what is necessary and without any apology to the customer - This is apparently the normal operation of this hotel!!
Very warm welcome and excellent meal
Hello, for our first stop on the Canal du Midi, we were very well received, the apartment was very nice, comfortable, the bike space was well secured, and the managers were friendly, I recommend it.
Very comfortable, quiet motel, close to the Canal du Midi for a leisurely stroll. The staff is extremely pleasant.
I realize that it is a family that works very hard to maintain this establishment, which includes both the restaurant and the hotel, which is very original. A series of small bungalows away from the noise in a green setting. My daughter-in-law had chosen this establishment to celebrate my son's 50th birthday. We were able to have dinner at 9 p.m. despite the late hour, and the owner himself took care of us. I think there must be a shortage of staff because we had to wait a while for someone to come and give us the key upon arrival and serve us breakfast. I asked for a cappuccino, the young girl didn't know how to make it, and the bread must have been from the day before. I regretted that the TV subtitles didn't work (I'm deaf). On the other hand, the room is great, very quiet and original, spacious shower, separate entrance and toilet, well done!

Beautiful, comfortable bungalows, a warm and stress-free welcome near the Canal du Midi, and a high-quality restaurant. Bravo and thank you.
The lodge is not very clean, cobwebs and spiders in the toilets, very opaque windows, air conditioning/heating too noisy
Despite a slightly high price, the overall package is more than reasonable.
