A top-notch team, and the evening meal rivals that of some of the finest establishments. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast offered everything you could wish for: choice, quality products, and a lovely dining room. A new addition to my address book. Frankly, at this price, it's hard to beat! Whether for business trips, tourist getaways, or romantic escapes, this Auxerre address is a must-try.

If this is my third visit, it's because I find this hotel perfect. Everything is top-notch, both in the hotel and the restaurant. And the welcome from the staff is friendly, but especially that of the owner, who is dedicated to helping you discover his region, which he speaks of with love. Spotted a hotel on the road a few years ago, and had the opportunity to stop there this year. Really satisfied with the services offered: clean, spacious, comfortable. Great! The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and delicious!
I regularly visit hotel lodgings and I can assure you that this establishment is at the top of the range. It was a real favorite for me! The catering service is simply perfect, the cuisine is refined and beautifully presented. The team is extremely professional, warm, attentive, and always ready to assist you in your choices. I particularly appreciated the expert advice on wines. I couldn't leave without buying a bottle upon my departure to share a discovery with my friends and family. As for the hotel, the rooms are very well maintained, clean, and offer a level of comfort that is fully in line with the establishment's commitments. The only drawback is the quality of the soundproofing. Unfortunately, the owners can't do much about the decibel level generated by guests who sleep soundly. To summarize, this establishment has a very good balance between authenticity and quality of service. I must return to the region and it is clear that I will stop there again.

Dinner was disappointing. The description of the set menu dishes was too fussy and the actual food was of mediocre taste. Chablis aperitifs we’re not chilled enough. I had informed the hotel that I needed a gluten free meal 2 days earlier but no effort was made to provide me with any G-F bread. Dinner was poor value and my fish was dry.

A high quality hotel on the N77 (you don't hear the road) with modern motel-style accommodation, though if the room above you is occupied you may well hear them moving about. An excellent restaurant with top quality cuisine, service and decor. Breakfast was exceptional with a good range of local products and overall worth it's modest price.
