Definitely clean the kettle, it was grey inside 😥😥😥 Maybe change the door locks (for security).

Spacious and quiet apartment in the suburbs of Arles
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The room was well-equipped, bright, and clean. The breakfasts were very satisfactory. There were no parking problems. The area is quiet.
Excellent breakfast, professional staff. The only downside was the bathroom doors not closing properly.
The room is a little small. The price of breakfast is a little high, while the price of the room is reasonable compared to the service.
I was shocked to find nobody available to let me into the hotel when I arrived around 1pm

View the hotel's answerWe found the hotel to be well located; the pool and garden were very nice. The only thing that bothered us was the bathtub, which was difficult to get in and out of. There were no hooks for hanging towels. The air conditioning was quite noisy. Breakfast had everything you could need. You can get free water from the dispenser. The Wi-Fi wasn't that good; at times, we couldn't read the newspaper. The reception was very friendly. We can recommend the hotel.

Everything was perfect. It's a very nice Arlesian address. Thank you to the whole team for their warm welcome and all the wonderful services, including the breakfast (excellent with local and homemade products). Beautiful swimming pool with its sunbeds, also very pleasant.
Perfect location, 15 min walk to the city centre. A boulangerie within walking distance and two enormous supermarkets within 10 min drive.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the garden and pool were beautiful and the breakfast was the best we’ve ever had in France: fresh pastries and bread, home made confiture and yoghurt, fresh fruits and cheeses.

Attentive and friendly welcome. Clean, spacious, and bright rooms. Pleasant atmosphere. The grounds and pool are well-maintained. Breakfast was expensive, so we decided against it.
Jules and Rahmat (seen at breakfast) deserve a raise for their kindness and efficiency. They bring happy vibes for the day.
The breakfast was full of homemade products as well as local products. Breakfast not to be missed. The garden (shaded) area allows you to take your breakfast or enjoy reading.

Very generous breakfast and lots of choice. City center a bit far, on foot. It is a shame that there is neither blanket nor duvet in the room, for those who are used to being covered. Great hotel near the city center. The facilities are very new and clean. The hotel has a pool and offers two types of breakfast: a small one with coffee, juice, toast, and pastries, and a buffet with cold cuts, fruit, and more. A great selection.
It's the best hotel I've stayed at in France. It's great. There's free parking outside. The garden with the pool is wonderful. The pool is clean and new. Comfortable tables and hammocks are great for relaxing or even taking your lunch to the bar. The rooms are large, with a terrace and large, comfortable beds. They have thoughtful touches like free coffee and cookies. The soap, cream, shampoo, and body wash smell wonderful and are of good quality. Everything is very clean (and I consider myself a fussy person). The guy at reception is a delight. I would have liked to stay longer; I recommend it!
It's a bit isolated in a residential neighborhood and it is a hike back into town, and to the train station (EUR 15 by taxi), but very comfortable when you are on the property. Bright, spacious, and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed it.

All the staff was nice and helpful. From the check in to the check out and through our staying we felt welcome. Rooms are nice and spacious. The garden and the pool are fantastic. We traveled with a dog and it's definitely a dog friendly hotel.

It was important for us to have a pool, so we decided to book a hotel that is not directly in the old.town. We enjoyed our stay, staff was very helpful, we rented bikes so eveything was easy to reach.

A pleasant, leafy, secure place, with clean rooms. On the other hand, there are few work surfaces; no table, but a small console for a mini-computer as well as tiny bedside tables, not very suitable for people who read or write: everything has to be done on the beds, it's not practical.
Very cute hotel without a doubt, but the parking that you have to pay for again overnight is really abusive. I think everyone must be taken in, but it's not right. Too bad.

A truly beautiful and unrivaled hotel! A harmoniously decorated room opening onto a swimming pool with turquoise blue water and straw hut-style parasols. Lots of charm and taste, unbeatable value for money. Thank you to the friendly staff members I dealt with, very smiley, lots of good advice! The breakfast at this hotel is simply exceptional! There is a wide selection of sweet and savory products, something to satisfy all desires and tastes. Fresh and gourmet pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, as well as a variety of hot dishes for those who prefer a savory breakfast. Everything is of very good quality, and the presentation is neat. A real treat to start the day well, whether for a light or more hearty breakfast. A successful stay, I will come back.
Very poor value for money, for a hotel located outside the city center. A vehicle is required. The breakfast room is not pleasant: no view of the garden, view of the parking lot + small room: queue to get served.....
Good value for money Renting a family room for 5 people, really great to be all together without having to book 2 rooms Warm welcome, spacious rooms, presence of shutters on the windows and individual terrace area with balcony for some rooms, very pleasant Comfortable bedding One star less because we rented for 5 and there were not towels for everyone, luckily we had planned. A coffee pod and one of herbal tea....a little tight....because for a couple there was at least one coffee and tea missing. Clean accessories, perfect equipment even for the bathroom. Easy to park outside
Friendly staff. Very good value for money. Private parking can be a bit expensive. Two breakfast packages depending on each person's appetite. Beautiful and large room. This will be my hotel for my future trips to Arles.
There are water leaks in the toilets and there are constant running noises... The meals are prepared in advance and reheated, it's very average and there are no restaurants nearby. The bedding is not recent.
Junior suite booked and I was given a classic room, this room is not worth more than €60 per night, very low temperature in the room, no heating in the bathroom, continuous noise of water flowing in the room, breakfast charged extra even though it was included in the reservation, for me the price of breakfast is worth €5 max. And finally at reception they don't even ask me if it was before my departure, in short, to avoid
