An excellent hotel in a superb location with parking
We received a very warm welcome, the staff were very helpful, smiling and friendly, we had a very pleasant stay.

A place bearing the identity of an era
The hotel has charm but is quite old-fashioned. No elevator. The restaurant is decent, with average quality the first night and much better the second night (a different chef?).

I booked a large room as described on the website!!!!!I'm asking about the size of the small rooms. Not even room for a chair, bathroom door that doesn't close. Clean but aging, it would be time to give it a facelift, shame, well located, free parking, well in the state it will no longer be for us. Breakfast, the one who wanted pâté!!! The bedding is not very comfortable, there is no hook in the bathroom, and the windows and rooms are poorly insulated. There are no toasters or baguettes, although there are two types, and the croissants are low-end, as are the cold cuts.

Efficient welcome and service. Large apartment ideal for a stay of several days. Pleasant restaurant to enjoy the view of the bay. 3 menus for all tastes and budgets. Excellent seafood platter.
Too bad there was no elevator, luckily the man at reception brought our suitcase up.

Beautiful building, lots of stairs to climb to the upper floors. The room was very small, and the view of the bay was very limited. No wardrobe. Excellent breakfast (everything was provided). Friendly service.
Dirty, poor communication, expensive family apartment in separate annexe, very uncomfortable sofa bed in lounge, toilet with no sink downstairs and bathroom upstairs with no toilet. Hotel closed down and completely locked down at 10pm with no bar or facilities or night porter. Worst place we have ever stayed. Basically a restaurant with a few rooms and very poor service
Excellent location on the promenade along the Somme River. A short walk to the old town. Parking is available at the hotel.

Our room (3) was really small. Other than that, everything was perfect. Very friendly staff. We ate very well. NB: There is no elevator.

Very well located establishment, full of charm and clean, comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Only downside, the cuisine could be improved, considering the amount paid for a regional menu. We were disappointed with the "weekend around the pleasure of the table". Perhaps the quality of the products and the preparation of the dishes should be improved (picarde string good but swimming in cream, fatty poultry).
Very warm welcome, very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean room, very efficient room cleaning service. Very, very good bedding. The hotel is old, no elevator. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility. It was also not easy to carry suitcases up, even though the person at reception offered to help us. Breakfast on the veranda on the edge of the Bay of Somme, a pleasure every morning. Excellent location for exploring St-Valéry and the Bay of Somme.

The restaurant was very good, we were hoping for the salt lamb to be on the menu as I think it was in previous years, but alas it was not available - despite this we had great dinners there though.
My only real negative was that the locks on the inside of the rooms are difficult to use if you have arthritis as I do.

We booked the "apartment" which is a small house across the street from the hotel to benefit from a kitchen. Very clean and spacious accommodation for 2 adults and 2 young children. Pleasant staff and full breakfast with a view of the bay. Perhaps top up a little more at breakfast on the hot part (bacon, egg, sausages). Private parking ideally located (like the hotel) with a charging station, very practical. Small downside on the wifi which has little reception, and shower cabin limited for adults. We recommend this establishment and will return for a future stay.

quirky little hotel in a fabulous location. Rooms were small but had everything that was needed. We had a room at the front of the hotel so had a lovely view of the estuary. The staff were friendly but do not attempt to speak English (which was fine by us).
We love the hotel. The location is great, there is plenty of car parking. We found the restaurant wonderful. The rooms are good and the beds very comfortable. It was really good to have air conditioning in the hot weather. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Beautiful establishment with lots of character. The staff is pleasant. The room was comfortable but the balcony was not very clean. The view of the bay from the window was obscured by the trees.

Superb hotel in a beautiful location. The food is stunning and the service very efficient and friendly. Hotel rooms were clean and very comfortable. Very dog friendly too. We love this place ( our second visit) and will visit again. My parents are on their 5 th visit!
Beautiful building on the edge of the Bay of Somme. Very good food, however breakfast is too late for overnight guests (opening at 7:45 am). The room is adequate, a little narrow but it has all the necessary amenities. The doorman at the bathroom door is very uncomfortable to access the room.
Well located, hence our choice to come here. Parking and spaces not so obvious (with the lunch and dinner restaurant aspect). Service and quality of welcome acceptable but nothing more. Cleanliness of the corridors and rooms needs to be reviewed. Presence of dog which will not encourage us to come back.

A pleasant stay in this hotel, well located and with good food! The only downside was the ridiculous size of the shower room (1.5mx1.5m) which was very uncomfortable and the sink had no plug (Room No. 10)
Arriving at the parking lot, there are 3 floors to climb with luggage, no elevator. Not a big deal, but it's not signposted. How does a person with limited mobility manage? The room (small) is hard to walk around the bed, and overlooks the parking lot, not the garden as specified in the reservation. Poor value for money. €150 per night without breakfast in a two-star hotel with no elevator, a bit expensive.

Superb, unique hotel, good location, very friendly staff, excellent meals, and great breakfasts. The only downside is the lack of an elevator. For someone with mobility difficulties, this can be difficult. We will be back.

Atypical hotel, very well located, shops and walks within walking distance. Comfortable room. Efficient staff. Varied breakfast (just missing fresh fruit), with a special mention for the very good madeleines 😋
Very nice hotel, difficult access with a CAF suitcase, you have to go up 1 floor to the reception, then another 1 to access the rooms but help from the staff if needed. Too bad the garbage truck is right below my window at 7 a.m.

Very good overall. Areas for improvement: - soundproofing of the apartment - seafood platter offered at the same price without crab... It remains good value for money and the view at breakfast is exceptional. - Breakfast which offers hot homemade madeleines but there are not enough for everyone.
Petite contrariété on nous propose le restaurant que l'on refuse mais après on accepte il est 20h30 et il ferme a 21h mais le responsable nous indique que l'on ne pourra pas avoir le menu complet donc nous sommes allé manger a Abbeville au restaurant sur le pouce très bien sinon le petit déjeuner aurait été parfait avec au moins une autre variété de pain et de fromage sinon c'est un très bel hôtel

Very friendly hotel, exceptional location facing the bay and parking at the back, which is far from negligible in Saint Valéry-sur-Somme where all parking is paid. The restaurant is worth the detour. Only small downside, the rooms are very small

A most welcoming reception from a fantastic team. A truly professional atmosphere. Breakfast with an incredible view, allowing us to enjoy the sunrise, made this stay unforgettable. The hotel is tastefully renovated; it's very comfortable!
