Beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and good-sized room. The hotel restaurant is very good, and the waitresses are efficient and very friendly. The only downside was the late check-in time (5 pm), a bit late after a long drive.

Everything went very well. The welcome was excellent. The chalets are comfortable and well insulated.
It was very good! We were passing through and looking for a place to stay near Flaine, and this hotel is very well located and easy to access. We were warmly welcomed and well served, and we ate well – there was a good selection and quality at reasonable prices. The rooms were comfortable and well decorated, at least mine was. I should clarify that I rated the welcome and service as "good" and not "very good" solely because of the pre-stay communication: two days before our stay, I sent an email to specify that there were two of us instead of one and requested a room with two separate beds. The email didn't arrive in the correct inbox, even though I had booked through the hotel's website. It was sent to a different site after I had already replied to the booking confirmation. A minor technical issue to resolve. This doesn't detract from my overall satisfaction, which I shared with my friends.

Reasonable hotel. My room only had a french door which opened onto a shared balcony. So had to sleep in a stuffy room. Also no light in cramped bathroom. Check in wasn't until 5 o'clock so not very convenient. Reasonably clean but the rooms are dated.

The establishment may be very good. Having had to cancel my business stays at this establishment twice, the second time, due to an error on my part, I canceled very early in the morning. I was billed for the evening's room. The telephone reception was always courteous, but you have to pay attention to their cancellation conditions. Being on the road 40 weeks a year, there are sometimes hiccups on our part. The bill for the room alone was charged to my credit card. The "correct" notes were given so as not to penalize the establishment. So it's not the quality of the establishment but the commercial cancellation conditions that are harsh. Most hotels require cancellation before 6 p.m. Noon might be a good compromise.

A decent welcome but nothing more. Nothing to say about the very comfortable room but very average meal: sardines in oil as a starter very poorly presented and without toast! So-called "Réunionnais" dish without any real taste, just spicy! Tasteless. Dessert OK. Very good breakfast. Too bad the meal is very average, otherwise for the rest it is very good!

Ein ganz charmantes Zimmer mit toller Bettwäsche hatte man uns reserviert und der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Hat man einen leichten Schlaf, sollte man ein ruhiges Zimmer erbitten, das zur Straße raus, ist dann nur bedingt geeignet, aber ich hab geschlafen wie ein Murmeltier. Das Frühstücksbuffet war üppig und lecker, genauso wie das Abendessen.

We are really delighted with this stay in an authentic hotel, with a real soul where life is good. The hosts are just great, smiling, helpful, welcoming. Very clean cozy room. For a ski weekend in Carroz, it's ideal. I almost forgot: a very varied and plentiful breakfast!
