Lovely traditional hotel with great service and a great cook
Excellent hotel for a pleasant stopover!
Absolutely top-notch, room, service, food, welcome, nothing to say except keep it up.
Very friendly staff on arrival and in the restaurant. The room was spotless and had everything we needed.

For the fourth time, we had an excellent stay at the Parcey. Everything was perfect.
No heating in the room! That's unacceptable. Otherwise, the hotel is decent and the staff are welcoming.
A lovely hotel, we had a huge bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Dinner was excellent. Lots of choice for breakfast. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Plenty of walks nearby for our dog. Would stay again.
This is really a restaurant with rooms but well worth routing via Dole motorway to take in on trips between North and South France. Cooking is fantastic referencing classical French but with a light creative touch. The duck breast was sublime.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quietness of this hotel despite its proximity to a busy road. Very good soundproofing. Very welcoming and helpful staff.
After a disappointment in a previous establishment we contacted the Logis Hôtel le Parcey to see if it was possible to add an extra night to our stay and arrive a day before the reserved date. We therefore arrived a day before with a warm and very pleasant welcome throughout our stay the catering is of quality and very generous If we return to the region we will gladly come back to stay in this place.
The staff is very welcoming. The rooms are very clean and the restaurant is delicious. All this in a very rural location.

The welcome at this family-run hotel is very friendly. The rooms are very clean, and the bedding is good quality. The proximity to the road isn't a problem (it's well soundproofed). And the prices are more than reasonable! We stayed for two days and were very satisfied.
Without air conditioning, it's a bit problematic in the summer. But the friendly staff and adequate accommodations make everything fine.

Cheap shower cabin, not in keeping with the quality of the hotel
Very good, the only downside is a slightly old shower stall. But the kindness of the owner and the staff easily compensate. Very generous and delicious menu.

Unfortunately, the rooms are not well isoltaed against noise from inside and outside. The breakfast needs more attention.
But altogether, I head a pleasant stay to an affordable price.
Beautiful old hotel combined with a good restaurant, the whole thing is chic, and the staff very friendly.
Everything was good, from the welcome outside the posted hours and with a smile! From the catering where the waitress and her colleague were particularly pleasant to the frankly excellent menu and those to the coffee! An establishment that I am discovering and to which I am already looking forward to returning
