    Non-existent welcome since the hotelier does not inform us in advance that the keys are to be collected from a key box for which we are not given the code. It is a RB&B system without services. The room was not made up on the first day, so no change of towels and no operational towel radiator. The so-called air-conditioned room is equipped with an air conditioning unit but without a remote control to operate it. There is only one coffee cup for two, no milk and no breakfast service on Monday morning.
