Excellent location, excellent restaurant, nothing to complain about, a remarkable stopover
Superb hotel at the foot of the ski resorts!
Excellent welcome, beautiful facilities (swimming pool, hammam, etc.), green setting, very well located near the lake. We were also very satisfied with dinner and breakfast.
This is the 3rd time we have returned for a short stay in February, and we are never disappointed.
The reception wasn't very welcoming, the "heated" pool was supposedly 29°C but was cold; even the jacuzzi wasn't the right temperature. Only the sauna and steam room were decent. The restaurant was okay, but again the waiter wasn't very friendly.
Overall, a pleasant stay! One small negative point: no plant-based milk at breakfast and only very fatty cooked ham for cold cuts... however, the cakes and pastries were excellent. We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was very nice, comfortable, and clean. A special mention for Michelle, a very kind, welcoming, and caring lady who greeted us with a smile from breakfast onwards. She was a very pleasant and warm person. A nice addition to breakfast would be some raw vegetables (like in Nordic countries), which would be much appreciated by skiers and athletes.

The apartment was very nice and clean. The welcome was excellent.
It's a shame to find the shower and sink blocked when we arrived at a 3-star hotel.
The hotel was very clean and easily accessible. The room facing the street was clean, but the bathroom heater wasn't working. The wellness center facilities are excellent and very clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.
In order to improve the customer experience, one thing should be changed. Check out is at 11:30 a.m. and the pool opens at 10:30 a.m. It's difficult to enjoy the space in the morning, which is just a shame. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied. The staff is pleasant and professional.

Very nice hotel and very well located next to the lake! The staff is not very friendly, there is a spa in the hotel with sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and swimming pool with a sign saying hammam open from 4 p.m. or on request but when we asked to use it before the time the person at reception refused on the pretext that there were not enough people while at the swimming pool there were 5 of us very unfortunate not to be able to use the facilities. So I could not go to the hammam or the sauna because at 4 p.m. we were out walking or at the lake. The bathrooms need to be renovated very old and the towel rack is torn off.. no air conditioning in the rooms but a fan.
Very well located hotel, close to everything, even major roads but quiet, very pleasant garden, swimming pool, whirlpools, hammam, bicycle garage, top restaurant... everything is there. Some rooms have been renovated, the bedding is very comfortable, the air conditioning is pleasant and the garden side offers a beautiful view... maybe a parquet floor instead of carpet in the rooms would make it cozier and more modern but would certainly be noisier but hey, tastes and colors... As for the catering, the breakfast is great and the half-board meals are very well presented, varied, tasty and well balanced... we had a great time. We came as a couple 2 years ago... we came back as a 15 and 4 generations... and it was great... We will come back
Very well located hotel, just steps from the lake and all the attractions. The rooms are just what you need. Indoor pool and jacuzzi are also good. Pleasant outdoor relaxation area under the trees. Half board very good. Good menus and excellent breakfast. Small downside for the very noisy hairdryer.

Perfect location next to the Embrun lake. Easy parking. Beautiful setting in a lovely, quiet garden. Quality welcome. Very comfortable and well-equipped rooms (safe, refrigerator, air conditioning, dressing room). Very pleasant restaurant in the garden; the cuisine is well-prepared and the menu is varied. Everything is perfect, and at very reasonable prices. In short, an excellent address, ideal for enjoying a magnificent region.

A nice surprise! Ideal location (water sports center on the lake), shaded terrace, fairly spacious room with storage, clean and modern (equipment, decor) a good restaurant table. The swimming pool is pleasant, the jacuzzis are a little small and not heated enough, but it remains a pleasant additional service. The welcome was warm and friendly. I would have stayed 1 more night ...
A beautifully located hotel, perhaps a little dated. But overall, the stay was very pleasant. And the dinner was also delicious and not particularly expensive.

We had a wonderful family stay with my daughter. The staff were fantastic, attentive, and gave us a warm welcome. The room was spotless, the pool lovely, and a great place to relax. Dinner and breakfast were very generous. The hotel is ideally located for skiing or hiking. The parking is secure. We will definitely be back; thank you for a lovely stay.
