Very welcoming staff. Soundproofing issue; you can hear a lot of noise, especially from the road. Lovely stay, beautiful location.

This hotel has a very good location in Châtel. It’s truly value for money. Two of the three rooms had a renovated bathroom, the third had a new bath. The double beds were rather small - especially for tall people.
The breakfast buffet was perfect. Fresh fruit and eggs, warm bread and tasty yoghurt.
The only downside is that the restaurant only opens at 7pm. You don’t have a bar to have a drink after ski or day activity. Also, breakfast is served between 8am and 10am, which is quite late for early skiers.
Take into account that even as a hotel guest, you need to reserve for breakfast and dinner upfront… your table is not reserved automatically.

A hotel I found on the spur of the moment and honestly, I have absolutely no complaints. There's a shuttle right outside the hotel. A spa and sauna are available, and there's a small TV to watch the Olympics from your room. The staff is welcoming and very attentive. Personally, if we could have booked our holiday for next year already, we would have. I highly recommend it! 🫶🏻

Very good. The welcome was perfect. No noise. The Drance River to lull us to sleep. We'll be back.

Top hotel, great discovery, large pleasant balcony, very good room size. Interior design: we loved it. Very welcoming and very friendly staff. The only thing that is a shame: the breakfast. A little expensive for people who do not eat breakfast much. If we can afford it, some hotels offer either a light breakfast - a slice of toast, a pastry, a fruit juice and a hot drink Or - the full breakfast. Apart from that, great and we will come back with great pleasure.

A welcome, a hotel, a staff... Top notch. A delicious restaurant... The perch fillet was delicious... We recommend this establishment 100%.
