Nice place to rest when on holidays or for business trip. Very welcoming team. Nice & original food for lunch & dinner. Large breakfast with salty & sweet products. Very good & large beds. Possibility to ask for a bedroom on the floor if needed. Large parking for free in front of the Grand Hotel.

VERY GOOD! KEEP IT UP! Family-run hotel right in the city center. Functional room for 4 people in the back courtyard. Comfortable bedding. Functional bathroom. Full breakfast.

Located in the very middle of the small town, close to restaurants and in front of a free parking. At around 10 minutes from the "Autoroute" (Highway) going to Le Mans and/or Tours both at 45 minutes.
Very clean (rooms and hotel/restaurant) and very good restaurant opening at 19H00 (I don't know for lunch). You can get a "business" diner linked with your bedroom if you ask for it.
There is one specific bedroom at the floor if you have some difficulties to walk ...

Beautiful city center hotel, old-fashioned but very well maintained. The welcome is very good. The allocated room is not very large but clean and sufficient for one person. A small desk allows you to work. Small refrigerator. Decent quality bedding. Nice bathroom, very clean, bright, with a nice shower. Good quality Wi-Fi for working. Restaurant closed during my stay, the adjacent brasserie offers basic, low-quality food. Free parking on public square right in front of the hotel.

This is a very good location after arriving at Ouistreham. The rooms are comfortable and clean with tea/coffee making facilities
When I arrived (it was a sunday/dimanche) there was no one there and the front door was locked with no way of communicating. Eventually I found my way in thru' the back door - fortunately not locked . Still no one about but there was an envelope at the Reception counter with my name on it and a key inside ! The room was adequate but basic. Not unexpected at a Logis which prioritise their restaurants; however the restaurant was closed ! I did not see anyone until my departure next morning. At 115 euros this was too expensive when absolutely no service was on offer, including no breakfast. About 80 euros would have reflected that reduced service.

Pour rappel, les arrivées se font à partir de 15H00, et que le dimanche la réception n'ouvre qu'à partir de 18H00 (affichage à l'hôtel) et qu'il y a toujours le portail d'ouvert (entrée de l'hôtel par la cour), si vous aviez voulu nous joindre, il suffisait de téléphoner sur le numéro de l'hôtel ou sur mon numéro personnel affiché à la réception (un transfert est mis en place lors de notre absence!!). En effet, le restaurant est fermé le dimanche et lundi (repos des salariés). Ensuite, les LOGIS sont des hôtels avant d'être des restaurants et nous ne privilégions aucun des deux ils sont tout aussi importants. Vous avez tout à fait eu la possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner le lundi matin, il est servi de 7H00 à 8H30 (peut être n'en avez-vous pas eu envie!!). Enfin, "chambre correcte mais basique "selon vos dires, c'est la plus grande des chambres en standard, quand au prix, vous avez réservé via BOOKING, la prochaine fois passez en direct avec l'établissement, le tarif sera différent!!Au plaisir. Magnificent stained glass windows with all the charm of the old, very spacious and clean rooms, very warm welcome and delicious cuisine. The manager came to pick us up by car at the Château du Loir train station.

Bel hôtel dans un très joli village. Très bonne impression dès l'accueil. Personnel sympathique et efficace. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Restaurant où nous nous sommes régalés avec les mises en bouche et le menu du soir. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux.

Noble building refurbished and spruced up by new owners. The steep winding staircase to the bedrooms cannot be helped but it is not for the faint hearted. Our bedroom did not have any curtains or shutters so the room was lit up by the street lamps all night. There is no hotel parking and this can be a bit of a lottery in the centre of town. The hotel owners and staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful. The restaurant is very popular and the cuisine excellent. Our room was quiet and we slept well. Breakfast was ample and varied and the bacon and egg freshly cooked and welcome.

Room suitable for a family with 2 children and a large dog, very warm welcome, very good bedding and everything was clean. The breakfast was generous, sweet and savory. We regret not having been able to take advantage of the restaurant as we arrived later than expected.

Great hotel and a nice, large room. Despite a heatwave, it was pleasant with air conditioning. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on Monday, but we had a great meal at the neighboring hotel.

We had thought we would have a room in the main building, not in the annexe looking out onto a very scruffy and unkempt courtyard. The only option was to run the Air Con. The bathroom even though large had no vanity or surface where we could put our toiletries.
Breakfast was good and fresh. No complaints there.

Toilet flush a little recalcitrant (tendency to continue to run, sometimes a lot sometimes just enough to regularly trigger the mechanism again)

Ground floor room with no window. Bed could be bigger.
Great position in the town with easy parking outside. Good size room and facilities. Just such a shame the lovely restaurant wasn’t open on a Sunday especially when there’s little other choice in the town.
It's always a pleasure to stay in this hotel, which is very well located in the city center, and the team is super friendly.

We had an excellent night at this hotel. It was our second visit. We were warmly welcomed by Jonothan, one of the two owners. We had a very large 'superior' room, almost a suite. Dinner was first class, the young waiting staff were excellent and a credit to the hotel. Parking is easy in the public car park opposite and free of charge until 9 am.
