I highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming staff, cleanliness, and setting. The bedding is comfortable and the location is very peaceful. We weren't able to use the pool or terrace as it wasn't open during the season. As for the restaurant, I have nothing to add—it was excellent! We enjoyed the breakfast; there was something for everyone, both sweet and savory.
Excellent value for money, a restaurant close to a gourmet establishment.
Functional and well-maintained rooms, although a bit small. Pleasant bathroom. The real highlight is the food: quality ingredients, excellent cuisine with a touch of originality without falling into the trap of outdated bistro fare. A truly superb cassoulet!
Room 3, which I occupied, located next to the stairs, was therefore noisy.
Very comfortable hotel and very welcoming staff.
Despite appearing to be your typical industrial park hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by its tranquility and cleanliness, and especially by the quality of the restaurant, all run by excellent professionals. There was a dinner party of about 20 people when I went, but it didn't affect the service level for the other diners at all. Hats off! A place to remember.

Very nice establishment both in terms of accommodation and catering. At reception we were informed that the pool was closed, and 1 hour later it was open for other people???

Friendly and professional staff, the room is very spacious (the prestige) with very good bedding. The meals are top notch, truly excellent. We will come back as often as possible! Go there, you will not be disappointed.
Hotel with a very warm welcome. Very friendly staff. The swimming pool is very pleasant, nestled in the greenery with a jacuzzi. Our room was very clean with very modern bathroom facilities. The bedding is very comfortable. The highlight is the evening meal worthy of a gourmet dinner, very refined dishes and wonderful cassoulet. In short, a hotel to recommend 100/100, especially since it benefits from a very practical geographical location.

This hotel is a roadside hotel about 2 kms outside the town of Castelnaudary. It is modern and has a nice outside area for dining and a swimming pool. The dinner was very high quality.

A great discovery in the Aube region. It's surprising to arrive at a residential area right from the start...but once you're through the door, you're delighted with the welcome, the decor, and the quality of the services. A special mention goes to the restaurant's cassoulet. Don't hesitate to try it.
A lovely surprise for this overnight stay. A superb, very clean and modern room, a restaurant where we enjoyed dinner, a varied breakfast, and the welcome and kindness of the staff. The location near the Canal du Midi makes this hotel a highly recommended stopover. We didn't try the pool due to lack of time, but it's definitely a plus for enjoying this place.

The rooms are a bit expensive, and the blistered duvet covers and pillowcases are very unpleasant.
