The staff is very professional and pleasant. The three gentlemen who looked after us daily were very attentive to our well-being and always eager to satisfy the customer. The breakfasts are generous and varied. It's a shame that the management of the slopes and lift passes isn't up to the standard of the shopkeepers in Barèges, who are very friendly and welcoming. It's crucial not to come to Barèges during school holidays because the Barèges thermal baths don't want visitors to come and enjoy the two-hour relaxation package they offer. They prefer to sell their one-hour pass for €13 per hour rather than the two-hour pass for €18. We were told that to take advantage of the two-hour pass, we should come back outside of school holidays.

The staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They are very willing to assist with anything. The hotel is very welcoming, everything is very clean and tidy, and the breakfast is excellent. It's a buffet, not very extensive, but with good quality products that are replenished as needed.
