Overall, the hotel was adequate for one night, but showing its age – particularly in the layout. We were in a superior triple room with poorly placed light switches, no space to put our suitcase, and very little room to move around – very cramped for three people. The beds were pushed together, and the single bed for the child was standard, although narrow, making it worrying for parents that the child might fall out. The adult bed wasn't a double as advertised, but two single beds pushed together. The heating had to be adjusted manually (toaster-style) but it worked. Hygiene needs improvement (especially in the room). WARNING: Unsuitable for people with disabilities (no elevator). The charging outlets are difficult to find (they're poorly placed). Bathroom = lack of independent lighting (mirror), shower great, however, very stingy with products (1 hair/body product) and 3 hand soaps + cups. Given the pool, the lack of bathrobes, conditioner (especially for women with long hair!), and body lotion should be provided. There are also not enough towels for 3 people and bath mats (1 for the floor, insufficient with a child, and 1 small + 1 large towel per person for the entire stay; with the pool and the showers it generates, this is far too little). The absence of a towel dryer is a significant drawback! Regarding the pool: you have to cross the hotel/stairs, and without a bathrobe, it's a hassle! Towels are available at the entrance, as well as shoe bins, but there's no privacy for changing; it's a corridor for undressing, and it's completely uncomfortable! A small bench and nothing on the floor for hygiene/humidity! 3 seats are available around the pool to put your towels, but FOR EVERYONE!!! Which is to say, nothing at all!!! Another nightmare! The temperature in the main pool area was fine, the water was okay (advertised as 29°C, felt like 26°C). The pool is small and shallow (I'm 1.71m tall and I could stand everywhere). There were pool noodles available, but not enough space for my 5-year-old son to enjoy them! And the ceiling in the pool area is very high, so it echoes a lot; with a child, this can quickly become a nuisance for other users. And above all, you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the pool, so you have to get dressed there and back without any proper changing facilities!!!! The welcome was very cordial, simple, quick, and efficient! The staff were kind and courteous (accommodating; my son was able to take his ice cream to his room, which was appreciated and thoughtful). However, the restaurant was our most disappointing point! We were served quickly, with 3 different waiters (for barely 15 customers - which is somewhat pleasant). I had to ask 3 times for the carafe of water, and the children's meal was served... Quick service but bland dishes (worse than at home), bagged sweat (a hassle for fries), no salt and pepper on the table so you're always dependent on the waiter... and the main course... catastrophic! The fish (a sea bream) was good, although we could have done without the head. The sauce was practically nonexistent, so the fish was dry, and we ordered a vegetable stir-fry in addition to the mashed potatoes... horrible! The vegetables were barely recognizable, roughly chopped, sparse, and, most importantly, undercooked, so we didn't eat them! They weren't seasoned, and the mashed potatoes were forgotten (it happens!) but brought 10 minutes later... practically useless! There was bread (even overcooked!). In short, given the reviews we had read (overly positive and complimentary), the disappointment of dinner was enormous! For one night, with the family, it's acceptable, but this hotel will not be our next choice! Despite everything, we know it's undergoing renovations/change of ownership. And we all wish the new team the very best! This comment is not negative but constructive; thank you. Best of luck!

The location is exceptional with ample parking nearby. For overnight stays, you have access to the €30 card, for my part, very well eaten. The room has a balcony facing the sea. Magnificent... However, the bay window is no longer watertight and lets in noise and especially the wind. The bed is made up of 2 mattresses juxtaposed, not pleasant. Finally, the bathroom is old-fashioned and has a bathtub, everyone will appreciate it. Soundproofing is non-existent. Mixed results. Work must be done to hope to keep the 3 stars!
We had a problem with our room, it was very noisy, a motor noise either a ventilation or a VMC However around 11:30 a.m. we were given a new, very quiet room.
Disappointing romantic getaway. On the website, a hotel ideally located with nicely decorated rooms. Offers massages, spa and swimming pool. Ideal on paper. The massage is an external service and is really great! On the other hand, the room is not renovated, old room with carpet that is not clean, like in the corridor. Old bathroom, small bathtub, not practical. We wanted to go to the swimming pool. No bathrobes in the room, so we change at the pool but no changing rooms…. Breakfast with an empty buffet when we arrive at 9:30 a.m. We ask for bread (which they defrost like the pastries) when it arrives all the customers throw themselves at it as if they were all waiting for it to arrive.

Superbly located hotel, top staff, facing the sea with an incredible view of Pointe Saint-Gildas! Full breakfast, very high quality restaurant with very affordable prices. We will come back with great pleasure. I highly recommend it, not to be missed if you are in the area.
We had a perfect stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and professionalism. The entire team is attentive and always smiling, which really makes the difference. A special thank you to Léa, who works in the restaurant: her attentiveness, good humor, and sense of service made our meals even more enjoyable. The managers were also very available and attentive to every detail to ensure everything went smoothly. We are leaving with very good memories and we will be back with great pleasure!

Very disappointing for a 3 star hotel, we paid for a room with a sea view. When we arrived we realized the deception, the windows were so old that there was condensation between the double glazing and as a bonus we had a view of the roofs of the restaurant with the added bonus of the noise from the kitchens in the evening and just behind the sea, youhou, what a lie. In addition, there is no elevator for a pregnant woman, it's just hell to go up two floors. Then the dilapidated furniture... carpet on the floor, the bathroom, let's not even talk about it, it's so old... and the bathtub is going to finish us off I think... so old that it doesn't look clean, renovations should have been planned a long time ago. To finish, the breakfast is okay but given the price it could be more varied... It's not worth a 3 star.

Well-located establishment. One regret is the lack of an elevator. This establishment is not recommended for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. All rooms are upstairs. No private parking, limited free spaces nearby, or a public parking lot 200 meters away. No quick luggage drop-off. Regarding the catering, a detailed description of the services would have been appreciated, as well as the signing of a summary at the end of the meal.

Very well located hotel. Reservation with sea view which finally turns into a view of concrete terrace before having the sea view, very disappointed. Restaurant menu is ok but after asking us to reserve our table from 4:00 p.m. (on our arrival) in order to have a sea view, we were placed at a table with a view of the parking lot, a horror!
