A very pleasant experience. While the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't perfect, the cleanliness and quality were excellent. The restaurant is a major plus, offering very good value for money and a flawlessly professional team.
We stayed at this hotel for one night while on a business trip. It was great, a warm welcome, tastefully decorated rooms, and a superb view of Rocamadour Castle. I highly recommend it.

A very warm welcome, excellent food and a breathtaking view!
Our rooms had a beautiful view of Rocamadour. The rooms were a bit noisy with few electrical outlets. The dining rooms had lovely panoramic views, though they were a little chilly near the windows in winter. The bedding was comfortable and the decor was nice. The Wi-Fi was good. The staff was friendly. There was parking at the rear of the hotel. It was the only hotel open in early January. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.

A very warm welcome at this establishment, the staff are dynamic, and the view of the city is breathtaking. The meal is in my top 10 of overnight stays (approximately 90 per year). One minor drawback: a lack of electrical outlets in room 10.
The hotel boasts a beautiful location opposite Rocamadour. The staff are friendly and efficient, the food is excellent, and the breakfast is good. The rooms are what you would expect from a 2-star hotel.

A highly recommended hotel for visiting Rocamadur. However, I would advise informing the public on various platforms that it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. There is no elevator to access the upper floor.
A pleasant evening stopover in this hotel restaurant in a cozy atmosphere with a magnificent view of Rocamadour. A small suggestion: pay particular attention to the music playlist, which is not in keeping with the setting and which is managed by young, somewhat dissipated staff and despite relatively professional service, not very customer-centric.

We only stayed one night, but we found it to be a very pleasant hotel and very well located for visiting Rocamadour. The restaurant is also very good. We had a delicious dinner, and the views of Rocamadour from the restaurant were spectacular. Highly recommended, especially for the value.

The hotel enjoys a prime location on Rocamadour, accessible both on foot and by elevator. It's very welcoming, clean, and the room is spacious and tastefully furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel with a restaurant. Easy access to free parking. Beautiful spacious rooms with electric shutters. The hotel and restaurant staff are knowledgeable, welcoming, and very friendly. Exceptional! The swimming pool is 350m away; it is part of the Bellaroc Hotel, and there were no problems accessing it. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

Ideally located, especially if you're coming to Rocamadour for the torchlight procession. View of the sumptuous city. Excellent restaurant with good value for money. Quality breakfast. Access to the swimming pool of a hotel not too far away (but not next door either) is very pleasant and the welcome is also warm. Perfect for visiting Rocamadour and its surroundings
Everything was excellent, good room (not very big), excellent service, good restaurant, nearby pool, parking and they always serve with a smile, you couldn't ask for more.

A very well-located hotel, at the entrance to the path leading to the old town of Rocamadour. Good restaurants nearby. Decent breakfast with a breathtaking view of the town of Rocamadour. The room is equivalent to a two-star hotel, it would be missing a kettle but the bedding is very good. A little noisy upstairs with the restaurant chairs constantly moving (which extends a little too much into the room...). Satisfactory stay given the beauty and proximity of the site
I recommend this hotel; everything went very well. The welcome was pleasant, and the breakfasts were excellent and varied, with something for everyone. The room was spacious and very clean. In the evening, the view of Rocamadour is superb.
We are very happy with the stay, it was correct and the staff were attentive, pleasant and professional.
Check-in was a bit difficult. A guy with a mustache, who must have been a waiter, laughed shamelessly because I apparently didn't pronounce "check-in" correctly. Another girl communicated as best she could, but she didn't explain how to get to the pool very well, and we had a hard time finding it. I don't blame her, though, because she was also a waitress. The next day, the receptionist clearly spoke several languages. The bathroom sink plugged up as soon as we used it as a stopper, and we had to bail out the water with a glass. We didn't say anything because we didn't want to speak to any of the staff. The best part was the view.

Pleasant hotel, the rooms with a view, although small, are particularly pleasant (panoramic view of Rocamadour), very good breakfast, plentiful and plenty of choice, parking is a plus. (a kettle would be appreciated) For a next stop, no need to look elsewhere.
Very nice room with a view of the village. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. I'm always afraid because I only eat savory things, and here, the cheese is great as well as the ham (not cheese in a bag). Even gluten-free bread if you ask. I recommend! Thank you for your kindness.
Super hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early (before noon) in the last week of June and were due to visit the LaCave caves that afternoon. They happily provided directions to it, informed us of where the nearest petrol station was as we were in need of petrol and allowed us to use their facilities before we headed off. The room was spotless and the air conditioning worked great despite the pressure it was under at 40 degrees outside. Parking on site was much appreciated and the views from the hotel restaurant over Rocmadour were incredible. The food was lovely in the restaurant served by attentive and amusing staff. They remained in good spirits even when the electricity was cut temporarily (due to a severe storm the night before which hit the region with significant force. Despite promising "great salads all around" we never had to go with that option as the electricity came back on within 15 mins and it was business as usual. The food was delicious and the meal and drink costs and hotel room cost were great value for money given this is in one of the most popular tourist locations in France. I could not fault the restaurant or the hotel in any way. It was such a brilliant experience . The staff, who were all young, did everything to make our stay run smoothly. We will definitely stay there again.

What a friendly and professional team! The restaurant meal (we ordered half board) was an absolute bargain and beautifully presented.

Rocamadour was fantastic! The hotel has the best view of the valley! The woman at the desk the blonde was great she spoke English and was friendly. The man there was rude and did not speak english. I did not appreciate his negative attitude!
The only downside is the noisy dining room... and lots of flies... and then, when my wife orders a dish and we come with another, it's a mess...

Lovely hotel with a fantastic view. However at breakfast there were flies on the cheese and cold meats. These had no covers over the plates. There was also no staff attending to the food tables checking on suppliers when food ran out.

Beautiful location. Parking is available. The staff is very pleasant. The restaurant is excellent. Right next door, the castle parking lot (for a fee) provides direct access to the town via the elevators (for a fee). You can walk down to the center of Rocamadour via the Stations of the Cross.
I would like to thank the hotel staff for helping me organize my birthday. It was wonderful!
The weekend team tends to confuse a hotel restaurant with a pub discotheque when the bass from the kitchens and the bar resonates in the rooms just above and the waiter gives us a monologue about SACEM which is expensive, this same organization does not require you to turn up the volume as far as I know, very bad experience that I would judge by a lack of professionalism and amateurism in some cases, they went to the wrong establishment, apart from this inconvenience, impeccable cleanliness and a breathtaking view.
