Good stay. Only negative point. I had reserved 7 rooms with the names of the occupants. The occupants had to pay for the rooms used the next day. The balance of the 7 rooms was debited from my account. This is the first time this has happened.

The welcome was good and in particular the black gentleman who looked like Omar was perfectly welcoming
Stopover near Le Puy en Velay. Beautiful location near Le Puy, very easy access from the N88. Comfortable bedding. Bathroom with bathtub but missing "washing product" which is difficult to access in the bathtub. The room lacks more "bright" lighting on the desk. The lighting in the room is "a little dark". Excellent breakfast with a large selection of products. Hotel to recommend for a stopover or 2/3 days. Fairly competitive prices in the Le Puy area.
Very unpleasant welcome. As soon as we presented these €15 vouchers from the Logis de France loyalty program, the receptionist became very unpleasant. She was unable to take the €75 from the loyalty program without really trying to pass it on. So we paid for the room. Very average breakfast (freshness of some products left something to be desired!) We will not be returning.

Easy to access hotel with plenty of parking spaces but not enough it seems in view of the thermal cars parked in the 2 spaces reserved for EVs and therefore not allowing them to be recharged at night.... It will be important to put in place signage on your side, or even a system of plots that you remove for your customers requesting the charging function. Reception staff coldly informed us when I asked if it was possible to dine on site, that we had not booked for an evening stopover and that they did not have enough to cover 120 covers.... too bad for the way this was presented. It was impossible when presenting my Etik card to be able to withdraw all or part of my available balance, the person admitting that she does not master the software being recent in the entity, she judges herself incompetent, which we do not validate, it is rather required that the site manager be present in order to properly support/train his team. The room was well-refurbished, attractive and functional. The only downside was the soundproofing on the road side.

Run away! As soon as we arrived, we were asked to pay for the room without even seeing it. The bathroom was accessible even though the room was not accessible. There was no menu or prices displayed in the restaurant. There was no chef, only sometimes unidentifiable dishes, served buffet-style, reheated and reheated again. Not worthy of a Logis de France.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The room was perfectly in line with our expectations, clean and comfortable. The night we had thanks to the accumulation of stickers, we felt that going through hotel.com was disturbing. We were treated to a "we hate hotel.com" Restaurant and service at the restaurant impeccable! Very good hotel, just disappointed to have been heckled because Hotel.com.... but then why do a partnership with hotel.com? And what can I do about it? Hearing people hate them, it's not my problem in fact and to suffer bad mood because of that is deplorable. Real question, as a customer, should I be treated badly because I go through hotel.com? I was forced to raise my voice (something I hate doing)
The air conditioning was not working, no one came to see the problem or try to fix it, despite several requests.

The Wi-Fi connection in the room wasn't great. The menu wasn't displayed, so we weren't tempted to eat there. Two hooks in the bathroom would have been handy. But overall, it was okay.

A great place for a short stay in Le Puy-en-Velay. We regret the lack of towel racks and hooks in the bathroom. The bedroom needs a bit of painting (probably planned?). Otherwise, it met our expectations.

We had a great time at this hotel
Well located hotel. Large private and secure parking. Elevator in the hotel. Good value for money. A long wait at reception when we arrived, many phone calls followed, the receptionist is very welcoming and smiling. He also manages the bar, and in the evening we saw him in the dining room, which surprised us (is this normal given the size of the hotel?) The room is clean and functional, I appreciated the spacious "dressing room" in the entrance. The bathroom is small but well appointed with a large walk-in shower. The sink unit is original, modern and I was able to put my vanity there (which is rare in many hotels) Dinner: buffet style for the many starters, and with choice and good. The main course was fish and its accompaniment was dry. Breakfast is very varied, with local products and delicious yogurts. Good experience. I recommend.

We booked a deluxe double room and were given a room that was completely not in accordance with our reservation (disabled bathroom, single bed size +, dark, etc.) After complaining, we were changed to a room that was in accordance with our reservation! Poor acoustics in the room, located right next to reception, and communicating by a door to the next room. The door was sealed but not insulated at all, so we could hear the neighbors' rooms very clearly and very annoyingly, especially at 1 a.m.... First time I've seen a door communicating between two rooms in a hotel! In the bathroom, the shelf above the sink was leaning, which meant that everything we put on it slipped and fell. The only very positive point was the welcome at reception, which was very pleasant.

Hello, I made a reservation on booking.com for one night 2 people 2 breakfasts with advance payment on the website: 69 € Arrived at the reception, the person tells us that the bank card did not work and that we must pay now: 76 €, I pay 76 Once in the room, I check my bank account, I see that my account is indeed debited with 69 € from the booking site (the card worked very well, I paid twice for the room) I go back to see the receptionist who explains to me that the boss will be there the next morning. The next morning the boss explains to me that he will reimburse me the 69 € from booking, reimbursement made. Conclusion: I reserved a room 69 € that I paid 76 €, I think I was taken for a fool. especially since when leaving to return the key, he was doing the same thing with another customer. Extremely polite staff
The room, although clean (a good point), is very small, much smaller than the impression you get when looking at the photos on Booking.com. Huge downside: view of the trash cans and containers. Horrible. Area for improvement to be explored by the new owners. It is very unpleasant to open the curtains and see the trash and waste. Breakfast is okay. Positive point: the welcome. It was a young man who welcomed us, he was very pleasant.

I highly recommend this hotel, both for its exceptionally kind staff and its cleanliness. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good and plentiful. Breakfast was excellent. It was perfect.
