The hotel was very nice and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Very good stay with our grandchildren, hotel perfectly adapted to families. Only downside, the boss is very, very present!!!!

A lovely place to spend a night, being there longer would have given me more time to explore and enjoy all the nearby walks available.

Good welcome from the staff but the hotels are aging, both in terms of the rooms and the infrastructure (restaurant, games room, exterior, etc.). The hotel could do with a refresh.
Very welcoming staff, but the hotel could do with a major refresh and modernization. The rooms are not at all soundproofed: you can hear all the neighbors. On Sundays, the restaurant only offers one dish (truffade that day in the middle of August!)

Clean rooms, pleasant, and helpful staff. A kettle and cups for making coffee are provided in the room. Ideally located for hiking, trail running, and more, in a quiet area with pleasant outdoor spaces and a swimming pool.
Perfect location, perfect welcome, very good dinner, very good breakfast. Only downside: bedding too soft and room temperature excessive (no air conditioning so in this heatwave it's really hard to bear), but the welcome is really very friendly.

Very warm welcome, everything is done to make life easier and help. The swimming pool was the reason for our reservation during these heatwaves. We were refreshed and able to relax outside, perfect!
Very pleasant stage
The room was quite small and hot. The flow rate of the bathroom sink faucet was extremely low. The TV remote control didn't work. However, the hotel staff was very friendly and efficient, and the pool was quite pleasant.

As a stopover, the dinner was very decent. The breakfast was very varied, but I think it lacked a proper espresso machine. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning in the rooms, especially during this heatwave.

Excellent stay in a quiet and green setting, close to Volvic, ideal for families thanks to the establishment's many leisure facilities (swimming pool, table tennis, table football, piano, etc.). Excellent welcome from the staff!
An excellent extended weekend of 3 nights spent at the Rose de Vents Hotel, an incredible location as well as an excellent welcome and very good menus at the restaurant. We will definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for their welcome, their kind attentions and this room with terrace which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather and the lovely view of the magnificent park! Superb swimming pool unfortunately not yet open in mid-May this year but it will be soon. Remember to check this point when booking. A magnificent establishment, recently taken over which is currently being refreshed but full of charm.
We had a wonderful time at the lodge. A wonderful welcome. The restaurant service was very pleasant, as well as the food excellent.
Very good address, I recommend it. If there is one improvement that can be made, it is the seal between the glass wall of the bathtub and the wall, but it is only a detail.
We really liked this hotel. Children are welcome, there is a games room, the staff (managers and morning/evening team) are exceptional, the room is pleasant. I highly recommend it. There is also a lovely terrace and a swimming pool, but during our stay they were not yet open due to the weather.
