Ravi de ce sejour dans un hotel plein de caractere et d'histoire. Chambre spacieuse. Restaurant excellent. Vin Minervois Polisson - le top.

A hotel with a unique charm, featuring retro rooms that transport you back to the last century with their furnishings and decor. More than reasonable prices and high-quality dishes are served in the restaurant.

Very nice cozy hotel with a good affordable restaurant and breakfast.

The room had nothing to do with the rooms shown on the website. The website shows some quite luxurious rooms with marble, but our room was in a new annex without any marble. They didn't change the dirty towels or empty the waste bins. There was no communal living room to hang out with friends.

There was only one coffee cup for the two of us so we had to share, there was no milk, and the coffee was Nescafe powdered coffee. And I was very disappointed as my coffee in a morning is very important to me. On a lesser scale there were no welcome titbits ie biscuits or crisps/nuts in the room. Everyting else was lovely.

Charming place in a picturesque little village, excellent welcome, generous meals at dinner, large, very welcoming room, I highly recommend!

Overnight stopover. I notified the day before my departure at 7 a.m. even though breakfast was at 8 a.m. I was not offered to leave or even drink a coffee before leaving. I went to ask for one in the morning when I left. Poorly soundproofed room

A hotel and restaurant from another era, but one that has managed to adapt its old building to offer sufficient comfort in an original setting. A good experience overall and an interesting retrospective on the mining of marble.

Friendly and warm welcome

Nous avons adorés nôtre séjour. Nôtre chambre très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur les collines environnantes et le village.
Le soir nous avons pique niquer dans le jardin, confortablement installés dans des transat !
Le lendemain, le petit-déjeuner nous attendait dans la cour du restaurant bien ombragée.
Parfait

No air conditioning (outside temperature 33°C), only an inadequate pedestal fan. Noisy room with the window open with guests downstairs and the busy main road in the evening and early morning. Wobbling shower plumbing. Total disappointment with the restaurant salads (lots of salad leaves but very little garnish).

The swimming pool was a pleasant refreshment on the hot days. Interesting objects and explanations about marble.

Very warm welcome. Very nice hotel, well located. Super quiet. A helpful team, attentive to our needs. Don't hesitate to try the Minervois cassoulet, it's delicious. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it. A very nice stopover. Thank you.

The rooms at the Marbrerie are spacious and decorated in the old style of classic hotels. You have to love that retro charm. Unfortunately, there's no air conditioning, and we sweated profusely. The garden restaurant is gorgeous, and the cuisine still meets the standards we've come to expect from Logis hotels of yesteryear. The town itself is small and offers few options for coffee or dining. A visit to the Abbey is definitely worth it, and you should take a look at its marble past.

Very warm welcome from the staff, pleasant vintage room for those looking for this atmosphere, very good decor in and on the marble, restoration that lived up to expectations. Recommended for a stay in Minervois

Quel immense plaisir ! Voyage dans le temps avec suite entièrement decoré "antiquité", où nous avons été surclassé pour notre lune de miel. Restaurant de haute qualité et service aimable tres professionnel. Cadre extraordinaire avec beaucoup de goût et professionnalisme. Seul bémol c'est que il n'y avait pas de pain sans gluten, mais je ne l'avais pas demandé en avance non plus. Merci, nous revenons !
