Upgraded, unpretentious but welcoming. Very good dinner in a beautiful setting.
Very good accessibility, and not too much road noise. Perfect catering. My 2 dogs were accepted at no extra cost, very warm welcome.
Top-notch services and team
Impeccable welcome, the waitress is attentive, efficient and very friendly. The restaurant is very good, very happy. The downside comes more from the room especially on the equipment: toilet seat poorly fixed, and location of the dispenser too far back, (not practical) ditto bathroom no towel holder, no handles to get out of the shower (slippery) and the attachment of the shower head does not allow you to shower without hands, it does not hold. Even if the room is small, the space has been optimized. Finally the TV is very capricious it turns off by itself and randomly (after 1 minute or 5 or 10 with luck). These downsides pass simply because we only spent one night there.

The person in charge of the hotel should go back to business school to learn how to communicate professionally with ALL of his customers. Declaring loudly that he is the boss, and telling the customer "Calm down!" is not the way to handle a customer complaint. If it is too hot on a scorching August 15th in a room without air conditioning for 110 Euros, then we at least offer a fan...and we don't tell the customer "calm down!"... Also when a customer tells you that he is leaving the next day at 7:00 a.m. we don't tell him that breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m., we at least offer him a minimal formula: a coffee and croissant or we will refund him! Words from a former professor in one of the biggest hotel and restaurant schools in Paris!
Boiler room noise all night. Too bad, everything else was almost perfect.
I tried the rooms with terrace twice; spacious, clean and perfect bathroom. Quality catering.
We had some difficulty finding the hotel due to roadworks, which was completely beyond anyone’s control. The owner was incredibly kind and apologetic, and explained he’d tried many times to call us, but our international SIM prevented the calls from getting through. We really appreciated how concerned and welcoming he was once we arrived.

Very welcoming, in a charming setting. Room was impeccable, and the bed very comfortable.
We had already stayed at this establishment and stayed in the extension on the ground floor. This time, before booking very late, we had rooms on the 2nd floor, less spacious and very small bathrooms and old-fashioned equipment. The food is still as good.
However, the comment is there, be careful with the 2 rooms on the national road 12 side woken up at 5 a.m. by heavy goods vehicles
