We stayed here as a stop off for the alps and were very impressed with La Flambee. The hotel was very clean, the arrival/departure was super smooth, the staff were very helpful and the restaurant food was fabulous. Breakfast was also very good. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip.
Internet connection was useless because their intermediate server reported a certificate error.
Anex restaurant was ok but vegetables are an unknown species for the cook.
Respect for the customer through the quality of service.

The hotel was good as we have stayed here several times as a stop over.
The internet is rubbish as it kept falling out which is poor for business stop overs where work continues whilst staying over. This seriously needs attention.

Everything was perfect: welcome, restaurant, bedding, breakfast, top-notch soundproofing! The only downside was the cramped toilet opposite the sink in room 204, which was not comfortable.

So convenient for the autoroute, but not just for the convenience. Lovely welcome, superb restaurant, spacious accommodation, the staff were so accommodating and tolerant of our 2-year old, taking my wife's dinner up to our room when he couldn't stay in the restaurant any longer.

We received a very warm welcome, friendly and professional. The family room is well decorated and pleasant, although quite dark despite the great brightness outside. The hotel is easily accessible. However, its location in the immediate vicinity of a fairly busy roundabout works against it. The traffic noise is quite audible from the pool. The food is good. One of the dishes was still very salty, which earned me a gesture from the staff who offered me a digestif.

Quality welcome, top-notch catering, attentive service
The rooms are being renovated, and the results are fantastic. The restaurant is exceptional. Meat cooked over a charcoal fire and a great wine list!
Stayed 2 nights on different dates in July. The rooms that I had were rather disappointing. Bed is good. Airco is blowing and making noise but isn't really cooling. I measured temperature and all night it was 28C. Looking through other reviews, I am not the first noticing this.
Bathroom (room 102 and room 202) is very very small. I bumped my head several times against the wall using the toilet. There is no fridge either. I was travelling through so would have been nice to be able to depart in the morning with drinks cooled instead of having to take a bottle of lukewarm water with me in the car.
Therefore adequate ... 130 euro per night ... hmmm ...
Saving grace is the restaurant. Had dinner twice and it is very good.

We verbleven reeds meerdere keren in dit hotel, het is heel goed bereikbaar vanaf de autoweg en halfweg tussen het zuiden en het noorden;
Het was snikheet, en jammer genoeg konden we niet binnen eten omdat, door het feit dat ze op open vuur bakken, het binnen ook te heet was.
Het enige waar moet aan gewerkt worden (wij zijn Belgische horecamensen) zijn de frietjes. Die waren bruin, vettig en slap. Bakken in verse olie, eens goed bekijken hoe het moet ! Verder zijn we heel tevreden van over dit hotel

Simply in this extreme heat, there is no real air conditioning, it feels more like a ventilation system that is not very efficient. Simply for the price, it would be a point to improve. Otherwise, the rest was perfect. Very pleasant breakfast room and very good restaurant.

We went on the recommendation of a couple from Loyers-Namur Everything was warm, full of kindness and little attentions! The service is exceptional, our meal: divine from starter to dessert! If we had to make a remark: The paint in room 3 left something to be desired near the air vent (traces of smoke) We have already forwarded two of the cards taken at reception to date Thank you to the whole team and much success !!!!

I discovered La Flambée 9 years ago during a business trip (stopover) and I had very good memories of the hotel and especially, the restaurant. Having planned a weekend in Dijon this year, I trusted my memories and it was once again a very good experience. The place is still as warm, the staff is very welcoming, the room is spacious, well decorated and well equipped. As for the restaurant, it is perfectly in line with my memory: the room is superb and warm, the plates are pretty, the products are quality, the cooking requested is respected and the taste is there. We followed the server's advice for the wine: it met our expectations very well. As for breakfast... The room is also very pleasant, there is a choice of products which are of quality and for some, you cannot find them in all hotels. The price/quality ratio is very good for this establishment full of qualities, very well located for quickly getting to the center of Dijon by car (barely 15 minutes) and quiet. An address to know!!!
Great, only small downside is the bedding is too soft. Restaurant and welcome are perfect.
