Based on what I read, this should have been a reasonably pleasant stay. The room was small, the bed tiny (only 1.40 m wide and 1.90 m long). The food was nothing special, the frog legs dry. The fifth generation has sold the hotel.

Loved this hotel. The owners were wonderful. So welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are simple but spotless. The bed was realky comfortable and we slept well. The area around the hotel is fabulous. It's so remote but so beautiful. We felt so relaxed there and wished we had stayed longer. The evening meal we had was really good, the best of this trip without a doubt. The breakfast was great too. Lots of options and many local products. We wish Frédérique and Melchior every success in their new venture.
