A very old establishment with undeniable charm. The welcome is excellent. Well located in the city center.
Hotel "in its original state"... very old hotel in need of renovation...
A charming, old-fashioned, retro hotel with a very clean bedding and bathroom, and a lovely welcome tray. Breakfast was excellent, featuring quality products (e.g., AOC butter and good-brand jam). We stayed one night and it was very pleasant. The owners were very courteous.
Everything was perfect: the welcome, the rooms, and the meal. We will definitely return to this establishment!
A pleasant hotel in a charming old house near the center of Tournon. Comfortable bedding. Very good value for money. Breakfast served with excellent products. The only slight drawback, but related to the building's structural limitations, is that the shower cubicle is a bit small.
Traditional old-style logis, food in restaurant was excellent - home cooked traditional like 30-40 years ago -everything tasted superb. If only there were more logis restaurants like this. Forgotten skills
We had a wonderful experience. The building dates back to 1800, and you can just feel the antiquity. Regarding noise, the hotel is located on a busy street; it's helpful to close the shutters and windows so you're barely bothered by the traffic. The room is very spacious, and the beds are comfortable.

The hotel is a bit old but for the price you can't have everything. Great welcome, very good restaurant, large parking lot opposite, good breakfast. Overall, a very good stay.

Hotel quite old: no air conditioning, very small shower but the worst: very noisy, noise from the street with the restaurants downstairs.... and as there is no air conditioning we open the windows and the noise is incessant no wifi, televisions in the 3 rooms out of order

Friendly hotel and staff, however there is a lot of outside noise from traffic in the street, as well as inside due to no insulation.
This is a very nice establishment. A few updates here and there would be a plus. E.g., hiding the plumbing pipes in the bathroom. Installing air conditioning. Other than that, we had a good night's sleep because the bedding was very good. We enjoyed ourselves at the hotel's restaurant in the evening.

A stopover hotel "in its own juice" like when I traveled around France with my parents, and that was not to displease me. You are accompanied to your room by carrying your suitcase, this is something that has become very rare even in high-end! Unfortunately, it seems that the operators are a little "at the end of their rope" and it shows: first generation economical lighting giving a cold neon-style lighting in the dining rooms, generous but rather basic cuisine, decent but unenthusiastic service, obligation to pay the evening before because there is no human presence in the morning at the reception (even though it is in the same room as breakfast), and at breakfast: imposed orange juice, industrial jam and chocolate, pre-packaged madeleine, no ham or cheese (and the fact of asking for some was not well received)... Too bad.

A very pleasant stay even if the establishment is a little dated, which also adds to its charm. I think it's a couple of managers who strive to satisfy customers at all times. Barely arrived in the middle of the afternoon, Monsieur accompanied us to the room carrying our suitcase and to see if the proposed accommodation suited us. On his suggestion, we reserved a table for dinner. He is in the kitchen and Madame is in the dining room. Smile, kindness, efficiency, generosity, this is France at work. Here are two people who start their day to serve breakfast to customers and finish it once the dining room has emptied. Thank you for your welcome, your kindness, your kindness. The food is excellent, delicious. I tried the fish soup twice and enjoyed it both evenings. Dishes served piping hot, tasty, well presented. Friendly atmosphere. We really appreciated it. Bravo and thank you.

We came for two nights and only tried the hotel services. A charming, comfortable establishment that nevertheless deserves a good refresh without compromising comfort.

Staying on a Sunday in February there were not too many people, it was quiet, comfortable and very pleasant. I book this hotel very well located in Tournon, not too far from the motorway. The 'Formules' remain unchanged in the restaurant with a very good quality/price ratio. The 'French' breakfast is very generous, although not continental (no yoghurts, cold meats, eggs). Note that it was a little warm in the room, perhaps it would be optimal to be able to lower the temperature....
