Comfort is a bit spartan and insulation leaves something to be desired, but the place is pleasant and the staff are kind.
Excellent welcome, very warm, smiling! In terms of meals, I didn't expect that... Tasty, simple but elaborate at the same time... I highly recommend it, a warm moment that makes you forget the solitude of the many business trips 🙏🏼

Upon departure, we were told that the establishment had just been bought and was going to be renovated. €84 per night. A warm welcome. Very small room and narrow bathroom. No soundproofing. The location was probably pleasant in summer, but humid in autumn.
Pleasantly secluded establishment. Friendly welcome from welcoming people. To be revisited in the summer to enjoy the guinguette and the swimming pool...

A hotel in its original state, a touch of modernity would be welcome. On the other hand, a sincere and friendly welcome, a man who takes great care of us. A simple but extremely good menu, bravo to the chef who has only just started
is not up to the standard of LOGIS, although the welcome is good, the person is kind and welcoming, the catering will not remain the anales I do not even know what I ate, and no introduction, 10 minutes to wait at reception for someone to want to register me after having called and used the telephone, very small shower with a curtain, at breakfast no choice we leave a basket with a small piece of bread 3 small frozen pastries and a small square of semi-salted butter (not a fan for me)
We wanted a cheap, quiet room, but close to a party organized at a friend's house. We didn't know, but the NEW owners reassured us with their kindness, a clean room and bathroom, and a good breakfast... for €10!
The hotel management was very friendly but we were there at the wrong moment.
They had the opening of a new garden bar and there were lot of Peale from the neighbourhood. So they were very occupied . But they did their very best.
Very disappointed with this stay. No one to welcome you when you arrive, the Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms, especially if there is no network. The website does not correspond at all to the hotel and the services offered. The hotel is dilapidated, the room is not clean, very small, poorly soundproofed. The on-site catering does not correspond to a restaurant as mentioned when booking. Dinner, the dishes are imposed even if we are informed for €23. The service is mediocre and it is not clean. €10 for breakfast for frozen mini pastries. I do not recommend this establishment at all despite the exterior setting being nice.
This hotel is completely outdated. Everything is 30 years old and seems obsolete. The pool area, which was not cleaned, made us decide not to use it. Cobwebs, dust, open access hatches, and a lot of dirt. Everything else is closed and abandoned. The room is just as good. As for breakfast, which was watched over by the owner, everything was imposed except the hot drink. The television was at an unpleasant volume, and the imposing dog was prowling around, even between our legs before the owner intervened. In short, a feeling of total unease, whereas I usually choose a Logis Hotel with my eyes closed given the quality of the services usually offered.

Simple hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and a pool adjacent to the hotel. Very quiet location, relaxed atmosphere, and very welcoming and friendly service.
I'll be back with pleasure! Just for Olivier's wine...
Oops! Hotel: very small room and tiny bathroom with mold on the tile joints; restaurant: only one imposed menu and despite the manager's energy in praising the homemade food, it was obviously only frozen food and METRO products...we would have liked more peace and quiet during the meal than the noise of all these gentlemen sitting at the bar consuming drinks non-stop...Too bad for the manager's rather nice "titi parisien" banter.

Overall, the rooms are dim and cold. There's no network and the Wi-Fi is mediocre. There are marks on the walls and cobwebs. The rooms are poorly insulated. The breakfast leaves something to be desired.

I rarely share an opinion, but this is unacceptable. The reception was fine, the staff were smiling and friendly. The room... the shower was dirty and small; it was okay for one night, I guess. The meals were good, but there was no choice. You either liked it or you didn't. And let's talk about breakfast: stale bread from the day before, no pastries, and cold cuts and cheese wrapped in cling film of unknown age, but it was unappetizing. Jam? Same thing, no paper, and given the overall state of the packaging, I'd rather not get sick. To top it all off, €112 for an overnight stay for such mediocre service. My advice: don't go there and pay a little more, or even the same price, for something much better. Logis Hotel, do what's necessary to revoke its accreditation. It's shameful!
