Very good, I recommend this establishment… If I may make just one remark: €15 for a small dog is a bit expensive for an evening!

Warm welcome, well-heated hotel, excellent evening meal.
Just a lack of a shower screen for better comfort
Well-equipped accessible room. Quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
We had a good sized and clean room and a comfortable bed. A welcoming couple were helpful and the chef created an excellent dinner. No buffet breakfast was a delight. How Logis used to be many years’’ ago.
A great place for a stopover on your way through. Ample parking. Pleasant surroundings, but not easily walkable. Breakfast options are limited, and dinner is on the pricey side.

We were welcomed very warmly
Professional and very helpful staff... Restaurant is OK but nothing exceptional, bland risotto, average veal... Cheap breakfast but the quality is not there, spend 15€ and get real freshly squeezed orange juice, real homemade cakes, eggs or omelettes... Hotel room and decor a bit old-fashioned, 130€ a night in the depths of the Minervois... there is no sea view...!!! The level needs to be raised to justify the price overall... really nothing to say about the service... if that's the case, it needs to be cloned...😉

Very friendly welcome by the hosts, give good information. Rooms a bit disappointing, only one socket in the room, none in the bathroom.
Fridge in both rooms not working. As breakfast is only served quite late it would be advised to provide coffee or tea in the room as amenities

After reading all the reviews before booking, I was eager to go to this LOGIS. Nothing to say about the welcome, it's very good. The floor of the room needs to be reviewed in terms of washing. My feet were all black and dirty when I got into the bathtub... The meal disappointed me a lot: - average starter (tuna tartare): it lacks seasoning. The tuna itself is okay. (scallop skewer: 1 decent scallop out of the 4 offered. It's too few. The others were small and frankly without taste or interest. The list of desserts offered did not thrill me either. I waited in vain for the digestif included in the meal... I've come to terms with it. I could have complained, but I also believe that given the price paid, the service must be at least at the minimum of what one can expect from a standard. Decent breakfast. The cheeses at breakfast need to be completely reviewed... Fresh bread would be good too (a little hard). Given the price paid, it's far too expensive.

Super pretty, quaint, and quiet hotel. Carefully decorated and with a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are pretty, and the staff is pleasant and friendly. The bedding is okay. The only downside is the very weak Wi-Fi.

A wonderful discovery! This was my first visit to La Bastide Cabezac, and I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. Arriving in the parking lot, the beautiful building and the view of the castle in the background immediately set the tone. The welcome was perfect: smiling, warm, and very professional staff. You immediately felt welcome. The room was spacious, clean, with impeccable bedding—no complaints, truly comfortable. The restaurant is simply fabulous! Delicious, generous, and refined cuisine, served on the terrace by the pool… A real pleasure. The breakfast is just like the restaurant: excellent, varied, and high-quality. A wonderful discovery that I recommend without hesitation. See you soon!

A short stay in Aude at this very pleasant establishment. From the welcome to the room to the meals. A beautiful place. To be repeated.
Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel with ample parking. Pleasant room (pool side) with authentic decor from an old country house. Breakfast with personalized order the day before (wide selection) for table service. Adjustments are possible in the morning with attentive staff. Very good value for money for the excellent dinner menu.
