Positive: Warm and professional welcome - Attentive and caring staff - Clean, well-heated room with quality bedding - Small bottle of mineral water upon arrival - Secure parking - Varied breakfast, fresh fruit much appreciated - Negative: Poor room insulation
The hotel is very comfortable and very well located in the city center of Nontron. The staff is very attentive and very accommodating in case of problems and always has a solution.

We had an absolutely wonderful evening at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the staff put us at ease. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with very comfortable bedding. The real highlight was the pool: perfectly maintained, surrounded by comfortable deckchairs and a peaceful setting, it's the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We particularly appreciated the calm and relaxing atmosphere, as well as the availability of the always smiling and attentive staff. The breakfast is generous and varied. In short, a hotel that combines comfort, impeccable service, and relaxation, particularly thanks to its superb pool. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

Well-located hotel but disappointing value for money with an aging room and a breakfast with bland products. Nothing disastrous but nothing that would make me come back for a personal stay.
The hotel is ideally located. The welcome was friendly, the room was spacious, but the bedding was uncomfortable, and the pillows weren't conducive to sweet dreams. We found the price too high for the amenities.
