Excellent stay in Espelette, staying at the Euskadi Hotel
Very warm welcome, beautiful Basque-style room, quality food, we return often because we are always very satisfied.

Excellent food quality in the restaurant,wide range of options available even for my fussy wife,breakfast was what you expect in France ,freshly squeezed orange juice was superb although there were no eggs.We booked a traditional room and you got what you paid for,no aircon but there was a fan and tv,it was let down by a tired bathroom that would be improved by a clean and paint.I would definitely stay here again just not in this room.Secure parking is available free of charge.
Perfect for a one-night stopover in the heart of the village of Espelette. Typical establishment, very friendly welcome, comfortable, spacious and very clean room, access to the swimming pool, and breakfast with very good products. I highly recommend!

The hotel itself is magnificent. It’s beautiful well positioned and very welcoming.
Although comfortable airco missing and in a such hot region this is a necessity but what was a bit disappointing was the bed very uncomfortable sinking in the middle causing an uncomfortable sleeping experience!

We loved being right in the heart of the village of Espelette, in a typical regional building with all the comforts we needed for our stay. The restaurant serves delicious traditional dishes and a generous breakfast.

All very good except that my room was up two flights of stairs and the stairs were challenging for someone of my age (78). Next time I will specify that I want a room accessible by lift.

Ideally located in Espelette, a family establishment for 5 generations that knows how to mix local tradition and sincerity. Honestly, we spent three days, two dinners and three breakfasts. Extra. Keep it up, it's so good.
