We had a tiny room for two (my wife and I) and it was extremely noisy because of the national road that passes in front of it and poor soundproofing. It was as if cars were passing through our room. Of course, they refused to change our room. In addition, they almost refused my gift vouchers due to lack of training on your loyalty program and did not understand or did not want to understand. It was a surprise weekend that I had organized for my wife with 3 days and 2 nights of rest but we came back exhausted 2 hours from home. Never again!!
