We had booked a large, beautiful room in the finest hotel in Lons-le-Saunier for a Sunday night, at a price of €132. Instead, we were given a small room in the annex, admittedly modern, but lacking in charm. The mattress was very hard, the pillows were too flat, and we slept very poorly. The restaurant was closed. We are very disappointed with the service, especially at this price. It does not live up to a three-star rating. This hotel has two addresses, the explanation being that the Jean Moulin address is outdated, much less comfortable, and overlooks a very noisy street.
Very disappointed. I had called to request a room in the new building. My choice was confirmed without any problem, but we were given a room in the outdated, remote building. The room was adequate, but we received no information about breakfast, as the building was far away and empty because the restaurant was closed. We felt neglected.
In my bathroom, No.24, there was no curtain so the whole floor was flooded when I took a shower.
The hotel is very well located, very clean, and the staff are welcoming.
Excellent value for money. Friendly staff, good quality restaurant. The same goes for breakfast; nothing was lacking. I highly recommend it. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was of very good quality.
The welcome was super friendly! The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was good and varied. I only have four minor suggestions. The pillows really need replacing... and it would be helpful to have something to hang clothes on in the shower room. A few shelves under the sink for toiletries would be a good idea. A small refrigerator would have been appreciated. Apart from that, no complaints: we'll be back.

Very quiet hotel, yet in the city center. Spacious, well-equipped rooms.
A very pleasant surprise, just the pastries at breakfast weren't great. Otherwise, the room was spotless, the bathroom was spotless, and the staff were lovely.

nicht möglich das Hotel zu betreten.
Wir konnten klingeln an der Eingangstüre,
wir konnten eine Nachricht hören, die uns aber nicht half .
Ab 18:00 sollte laut Tel. Ansage jemand da sein ,z.B. an der Rezeption aber es war niemand da.
Die nach klingeln am Hoteleingang zu hörende Tel.- Ansage , in französisch war für jemand wie uns der etwas französich kann viel zu schnell um zu folgen.
Wir waren so gezwungen ein anderes Hotel zu suchen.

Beautiful place, friendly welcome, very nice room
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very professional and welcoming. The rooms were very nice and clean. The restaurant food was very good and the staff were also welcoming.
We werden uitstekend geholpen bij in- en uitchecken door een vriendelijke, geduldige jongeman. De kamer was brandschoon, evenals de badkamer, koffie en thee op de kamer aanwezig, comfortabele bedden, alles prima. Het restaurant voorzag in een uitstekende keuken en ook daar weer prima service en value for money.
Al met al een zeer prettig verblijf en een aanrader.
Er was alleen enige verwarring om de receptie te vinden omdat het “oude” hotel Du Parc in een andere straat staat dan het nieuwe met de receptie.
Lack of rigor due to a lack of personnel

We were in a room with a loud ventilation noise: so much so that we bought earplugs! It was disappointing

Upon our arrival, there was a problem with the air conditioning in the main building, with high temperatures in the rooms (28°). The staff were very attentive and immediately relocated us to the annex, for a very comfortable stay.

The hotel in the photo is NOT the Logis Hotel du Parc. That one is located on the opposite side of the street, between two busy roads, and is an old building.
The rooms are renovated and fine, but I still consider this a deliberate deception.
Wenn ich ein Doppelzimmer für zwei Personen incl Frühstück buche, erwarte ich auch Frühstück für Zwei Personen- und nicht, dass eine Person noch extra zahlen muss. 12,50 € ist diese Frühstück nicht wert!
VORSICHT! ABZOCKE!
We spent one night at the hotel (stopover on our way back from vacation). Even though we had to wait for the reception to open at 6:00 p.m. (early September, so off-season), the welcome was very friendly. The meal at the restaurant in the evening was delicious. We can recommend it. The gentleman who was at the reception also served the restaurant in the evening and took care of breakfast. Very attentive and very professional. Thank you again.
Decent hotel
Pleasant hotel, spacious room, bathrooms isolated from the sleeping area. But breakfast was very disappointing. Pastries and bread were not fresh. Capsules for the coffee! You need 3 for a normal-sized coffee. All of this placed in a small space. Not a pleasant moment!
Hotel from another era. It felt like we were sleeping on the side of the highway, no soundproofing. Unbearable air conditioning noise. Average breakfast. Definitely not a 3-star hotel.
I chose this hotel for its overall CSR policy. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, as described. The breakfast was superb.

Hotel with modern rooms in the city center of Lons
This hotel is truly a discovery, perfect silence. 150 m from the city center, with private parking and charging station for electric vehicles. I rank it as number 1 among my hotels in terms of quality/price.
Very nice experience. We stayed in the annex. The room was new, good bedding, very good bathroom. The team is perfect.

The building is located between two wide streets, but thanks to good windows, it's still not noisy. No parking, but street parking is available. The furnishings are modern and functional, but not particularly comfortable. Our room was very spacious; the ventilation was a bit noisy, even when turned off. The breakfast was plentiful. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel description indicates a wellness area with a spa and jacuzzi, but upon arrival we learned that this area was not open. We also learned that the restaurant was closed.

New hotel with a great location close to the city center and the thermal park. Bright, quiet room with clean decor. Great bedding and (discreet) air conditioning, appreciated during the heatwave.

Very good, well located accommodation, very good bedding, only one complaint when we arrived at 4 p.m. door closed, if one of our guests had not arrived much earlier we would have been 6 to wait and how long?, I think that a text message or email with the door code would have been a nice gesture of welcome
Ideally located hotel, free parking opposite, room on the road side a little noisy due to traffic but bearable (especially after a long day of hiking), low price a little expensive but we benefited from a discount for last minute bookings, breakfast well provided, only downside the eggs and bacon a little overcooked and not restocked
The hotel is a bit old, we had a room in the old part. The annex seems more comfortable and cozy. Too bad we weren't so lucky.
