A very warm welcome, a very well-maintained hotel, and kind owners and staff. A major plus are the individual outdoor terraces and the common room, where you can have lunch or dinner (microwave, cutlery, and water are provided) and also play games. I highly recommend it!

In the common lounge, guests have access to a coffee machine, a wide selection of local teas, a microwave, and dishes. The room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable bedding. The breakfast was excellent, featuring local products. The Hotel du Cygne is definitely a place worth visiting again and again.

Very good. We took a double room, very pleasant stay thanks to its facilities and services. Except that the TV is small and we overlooked the street, otherwise great!! Breakfast is expensive compared to the selection in other hotels, but it had the main items and it's true that the products are good. Parking space for cars if we came back late, we had a hard time finding a space in the courtyard.

Hotel advertised on Booking with air conditioning, however only one room is... Outdated bathroom, very cramped shower cubicle, only one sink for a triple room! Triple room under the roof, no blinds on the Velux window in the bathroom. Bed linen and pool towels damaged by time. The hotel is very well located for visits to the castles, there is a fridge and a very small freezer on site, a microwave and dishes available, you can benefit from free access to the water fountain, terraces for eating are located in the interior courtyard of the buildings. The parking lot is too small compared to the number of rooms. The water in the swimming pool is clean, however the perimeter of it shows traces of mold in places. In comparison with other hotels in the Logis hotel group, I find that this establishment does not deserve the 3 stars I find that this establishment is not worth

You couldn't ask for better! Top-notch service! Great address. Well located. One drawback with the hairdryer, as in all hotels, is that for people who suffer from shoulder and finger arthritis, having to hold down a handle is very unpleasant. A regular hairdryer is sufficient. Thank you.
Superb. We came 2 years ago to visit the Château de Chambord. We loved the hotel because of the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness and especially the decor. Both the rooms and the exterior are magnificent. And the breakfast is top-notch. We went back this year because we had to stop (long trip). We much preferred to travel a few more kilometers to stay at this hotel than at large hotel chains.
Very well-located hotel between Chambord and Cheverny. Excellent welcome, large, pleasant and functional double room. The best part is the common areas where a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and water fountains are available. Impeccable cleanliness, very pleasant swimming pool. Shops nearby. Very decent breakfast at 15 euros. Free parking. Rare to find a hotel that ticks so many boxes. Everything is very well thought out.

With an excellent daily welcome, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfasts were high-quality and generous. The large pool was a welcome addition when we returned from hikes or castle visits. The rooms were very comfortable.

I stayed for 2 nights. I had no bad surprises. The hotel was as described in its advertisement, and of course very, very well rated by customers. What it deserves thanks to its staff. Just one negative remark. The price of breakfast was a bit excessive at €15. I think the price of €10 would be very good.

We were very kindly received in a superb setting. Despite the oppressive heat outside, the room was very cool. The pool was really very enjoyable.

The hotel is lovely. The only reservation in our opinion is with Bracieux - we found it quite difficult to get a meal in the evening.

We visited the hotel several times. Overall, our experience was very good: large room with terrace, heated pool, ample parking, and the breakfast was good quality (e.g., the tea), although they could offer more variety in the cold cuts and cheeses, as well as, for example, boiled eggs. There's a communal fridge for drinks and snacks, and water is free—another plus. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly. In our opinion, the restaurants in the immediate vicinity are quite limited (only pizza, crepes, and kebabs). There is a restaurant on the outskirts of town, but it's quite expensive. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful 6-day stay at Hôtel du Cygne in Bracieux during a mother-daughter trip. The hotel is full of charm and very well maintained. We stayed in one of the annexes in a spacious triple room, which was beautifully decorated and very comfortable – especially the beds!
The heated swimming pool was a lovely bonus, and we really appreciated the availability of a common fridge and freezer, as well as the unlimited still and sparkling water provided on site – such a thoughtful touch!
The location is perfect – just a 2 to 5-minute walk to several restaurants and a Proxy supermarket, and only a short drive to the famous castles of Chambord (10 minutes), Cheverny (10 minutes), and Blois (20–25 minutes). Highly recommended for a relaxing and well-situated stay in the Loire Valley!

Very happy with this hotel, clean room, close to Chambord and Cheverny. Ideal location. Very welcoming staff. Only negative point, we found the pillows much too soft, but that's our point of view.
A human-sized hotel, quiet, well-decorated, with a great pool area, bike storage, all that's missing is a gym...the only small drawback is the limited parking, but other parking is possible.
One downside is that the price of breakfast is too high. While there are local products and the bread is excellent, the brioche is industrial and that doesn't justify the price of €15!
