The staff...perfect, kind, and competent! A very pleasant stay. The hotel is located in the heart of nature, a haven of peace and tranquility. The rooms are very clean and the bedding very comfortable. The sauna, spa, and hammam add to the charm of this beautiful and well-maintained establishment. We received a very warm welcome at this hotel, which has a friendly, family atmosphere. Our room was very pleasant, clean, and in excellent condition with comfortable bedding. Both the food and breakfast were very good, featuring high-quality ingredients prepared with care. The wine list is exceptional in its variety and quality, offering something for every budget.

Excellent restaurant and a great idea for breakfast: no packaging on the products, so no waste.

The Hotel des Vosges is a wonderful little oasis set in a beautiful landscape. Dinner was fabulous. The wine list resembles an encyclopedia. Our first stay will definitively not be our last.

Smiling, warm and efficient welcome. Modern, spacious, well-equipped rooms, very good quality bed. Bucolic view of the garden and a river. Half-board: excellent and varied 4-course menu. The entire hotel team is dynamic, helpful and smiling, bravo. Sauna + Hammam + Jacuzzi area modern and very clean. Free parking for cars, closed parking for motorcycles, a real plus. In short, an excellent address at the foot of the Ballon d'Alsace.

Superb hotel where we spent an epicurean weekend dedicated to theater (Théâtre du peuple in Bussang) and good food! Very well located. Brand new rooms. Very friendly welcome. Superb restaurant. Excellent breakfast with local or homemade products.

A very pleasant stay in this hotel, ideally located for hiking enthusiasts. Spacious and comfortable room, very high-quality food in a unique and superb setting. And a spa to relax after your workout. Ideal for pampering yourself.

What a wonderful discovery this place is. Quality hotel, quality meals plus more. Very welcoming and very friendly staff. The only downside was that sleeping in the attic without a fan was difficult. But I admit that I would return without any worries.

We don't usually offer a "maximum" overall rating of our experiences. But this family-run hotel lived up to our expectations.

We are very satisfied with our stay at the Hotel des Vosges. Everything was perfect, the site is magnificent, the room spacious and tastefully decorated, the wellness area and jacuzzi appreciated upon returning from walks. The meals were delicious, an extraordinary blend of flavors. We also appreciated the quality of welcome and attentiveness of the entire Kieffer family, the son and his partner are well on their way to perpetuating the family tradition which will celebrate its centenary this year. A wonderful discovery, a hotel at the foot of the Vosges in a lovely green setting. The Jacuzzi by the river, the quality meal, the varied and homemade breakfast, the very pretty room, the very friendly staff, everything for a great stay.

Fine small hotel in the Vosges mountains. Fine spa and outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub in the basement--looks as if finished last month but is 10 years old!
Dinner and breakfast excellent. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Halls and doors to some rooms are very narrow.

A hotel in the middle of nowhere with little in the way of flair. Once you get past the door, the welcome is very pleasant, the food is high-quality, and the breakfast is also good. The rooms are simple and modern. The big surprise is the entire wellness area, with its many amenities (hammam, spa, massage, etc.)—you have to take advantage of them.

Nothing to complain about, beautiful structure, well received from the first day. We are hikers, the area lends itself very well to it. What a comfort to return to the hotel after an effort and enjoy the excellent menus offered by the restaurateur chef and not a food warmer. Highly recommended!!
