Very bad. Toilet in the room, no heating, very small room.
Very expensive considering the mediocrity of the room
Very cramped room, blocked sink, had to ask for shower gel
Giving a one-star rating was a stretch! We booked here months ago after looking at the photos on the website. They put us in a dilapidated, outdated building next to the hotel because they said they didn't have triple rooms available there! The room was dirty, tiny, smelled of smoke, and we paid €200 a night! What a disgrace!!!!!!
This is the apartment located opposite the hotel on the ground floor. The apartment is good as such, spacious, comfortable bedding, well located. On arrival, no sponge, dishcloths, glasses, salad bowls, etc. Equipment and dishes not in sufficient quantity if you are 4. THANK YOU to the HOSTESSES for their responsiveness and efficiency, plus a commercial gesture. The duvet and pillows of the sofa bed are on the floor in the bedroom, no storage chest, minimal wardrobe with shelves at ground level. No broom even though it is logically independent since it is an apartment. We stayed 5 nights, so sand and crumbs remained on the floor. Finally, it is noisy, not from outside but from the apartment above, you can hear people walking sometimes very early and noises from furniture (sofa bed?) either very early or after midnight. Too bad,... because it makes for disappointing value for money
Quite disappointed having stayed in other Logis hotels which were all of a good standard even ones which were less expensive. We were not in the main hotel but down the road in a rundown hotel. Shabby steep corridors led to a very small room with ridiculously tiny shower room. Sit on the toilet with your head over the sink. Only one large towel between us, two ends of toilet roll to make do with, and one coffee cup and water bottle- the booking was for two people. The only redeeming factor was a very comfortable bed. On our way back from our lovely evening in St Malo we called in to have a drink in the main hotel, to be told they were closing so go up to the rooftop bar- up we went using many flights of stairs, only to be told we are closed, come back tomorrow. Really not good enough.
Disappointing, 190€ for the hotel room for the night and several big negative points. First, the mattress of the bed was deformed, we slid on both sides of the mattress when we were lying down. Second, the curtains in the room are not at all blackout, the room was well lit from 7am in the morning. Third, the noise. We heard everything, each person who opened the door of their room and walked in the corridor on our floor, the people above us… In addition, cleaning ladies banging on the walls in the corridor early in the morning The hotel room itself was decent and clean despite the shower directly in the room and not in the bathroom (sink + toilet) which can be complicated. On the positive side, we arrived after 11pm and were very well received by the night porter. Good location close to the beach and intramural In short, a room that is not worth its price at all
The view from the hotel room is absolutely breath-taking; the beach, the sea, the wave, the sunset all is fantastic. The beach is absolutely beautiful a few kilometres long. You can see all the bay of St Malo. A dream place for sea lover. There is no street in between the hotel and the beach, you can just cross the promenade and walk along on the sand or jump in the sea. You can have a jog along the promenade. The walls of St Malo are at a walking distance and you can enjoy the evening on the ramparts.
The hotel seem to date of the 1930 and has kept the style of the time but has modern facilities and is very clean. The room was very small but there is nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the waves on the beach, and waking up with a sight of the sea and the beach that you only see in movies.
There is a creperie in the hotel and the quality of the product were extremely good with a rare touch of authentic Breton creps it is rare to find today.
The breakfast was very good. It is an extended French breakfast with a good selection of food. There is not English breakfast but they will cook eggs for you if you wish.
The experience as whole was extraordinary and we plan to return soon.
Very nice, well-located hotel with a comfortable family apartment. The staff is very attentive. I recommend it for a family visit to Saint-Malo.
Sea-facing room, it's paradise!
Good stay, good location. Dirty sheets on the floor in the bedroom upon arrival (the problem was resolved very quickly). Incomplete dishes, outdoor terrace not cleaned and therefore unusable, restaurant trash under the living room window. It's a shame to raise these points because the apartment is nice, comfortable and well located.
A comfortable and well-equipped room with a breathtaking sea view! Thank you again for the welcome and service. See you soon in Saint-Malo.
I don't usually leave reviews. But here, honestly, everything was perfect. I had a sea view room. This life was exceptional! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner facing the sea was great, the crepes were delicious!! And what about breakfast!! A homemade Breton far, scrambled eggs made to order, and the same for the crepes with butter and sugar, a delight. This establishment really ticks all the boxes!! When I left, I booked for a personal weekend with my lover.
It's a shame that the staff have trouble validating the customer's Ethik card.
The location is this hotel's best asset. The room was decent but very small. The bathroom lacked a toothbrush holder, which we requested without success. At breakfast, the buffet was quickly depleted, with staff who were apparently overwhelmed and unprofessional. We were also unlucky because the elevator broke down, which wasn't easy when you're on the 3rd floor with mobility issues. In short, a somewhat mixed stay, which was a shame!

Despite exchanging emails before my arrival, I wasn't informed that the restaurant and breakfast room were closed for renovations. With an infant, needless to say, my stay was far from pleasant.
