We really like the small spa in the hotel, it was very relaxing in the winter
Excellent hotel. My only complaint is that breakfast should be included in the price.
We appreciated the hotel's welcoming atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff, and the magnificent brand-new spa with its large bay window overlooking the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet, all within easy reach of the city center. The bathroom, however, is small and basic. A very pleasant stay. We recommend it.
We spent one night there with our 12-year-old children. The staff is really friendly, the welcome was perfect, and the breakfast was varied. We highly recommend it.

A hotel located right in the heart of town; step outside and you're surrounded by its charming streets. The staff is very friendly, and there's free parking just a few meters away, recommended by the hotel itself. The room was very nice and cozy. We were two adults and two children.

in the centre of Ribeauvillé, this hotel is very cosy, small room but very comfortable and enough space to put the suitcase. Bathroom very clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast ok with fresh pastries and sandwiches, real ham ;o) cheese, yaourt, juices ... perfect.

Très bon séjour. Literie très confortable. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre très calme. Les points d'amélioration seraient: des salles de bain un rien plus grandes. Un petit-dejeuner mieux fourni, plus de choix. Au moins un deuxième vestiaire au spa!

A very pleasant and clean stay in Alsace. The only thing that could be improved was the cleaning lady entering our room before our stay was over... that was the least pleasant part, everything else was great!

The stay was completely relaxing. The hotel is centrally located with its own parking. The staff was incredibly friendly. The spa area was small but very nice and perfectly suited to our needs.
Clean, very helpful staff. They took my requests into account; my husband is tall, so I specified that a room with a sloping ceiling would be inconvenient, and we were given a room without one. They remembered this months later because everything had been noted. That's called professionalism; no need to make a big deal out of it, just that, and it was perfect. The breakfast was simple but adequate, with savory options (as previous reviews mentioned only sweets). The spa was very good; it closes at 8 pm, so we were able to enjoy it alone, and they provide towels. Their parking lot was already full when we arrived, so consider reserving it, otherwise there are free spaces a few meters away.
Great stay at the Hôtel de la Tour. The added bonus was the jacuzzi to warm up at the end of the day.
We had a wonderful time in Ribeauville. The hotel is in a great location, centrally located, yet we still had quiet nights. The breakfast was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, and we felt completely at home!

Unbeatable value for money. A simple room with everything you need. Updated bathroom, very good faucets, perfect water pressure, and plenty of space. Breakfast on the terrace was super cozy. Marie made us feel at home: very professional, friendly, and charming. We enjoyed everything. And the small spa was a real hit.

Friendly staff and a nice, very clean room, though a bit small, but fully equipped. The hotel is perfectly located: you can walk straight into the city center. Parking is available for €8 per day if you reserve in advance, which is very convenient. The wellness area was also a welcome bonus after a day exploring the city. The only downside: there was no air conditioning in the room. Otherwise, definitely recommended for a relaxing stay!

What a fantastic location, we stayed at this hotel during our yearly motorcycle trip, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we managed to get a parking place for our bikes which we could see from our lovely rooms. The rooms are a little small but the build is very old and full of character, my room was very warm and didn't have Aircon but I had a fan which was great and gave me a bit of white noise so I could sleep. The breakfast was one of the nicest French style breakfasts I've had on my bike trips. I would recommend this Hotel for location, Staff and rooms. I will be using this hotel again when I next travel in this area of France

The outside of the building is old and very authentic. The inside is comfortable. Lounge, lift to all floors. Small breakfast room with basic French breakfast and fresh coffee to order.
