I stayed overnight at this establishment. The welcome was very pleasant, the place was lovely, and the decor was nice. The bathroom in my room was a few years old; the shower was small, triangular, and leaky. The bedding wasn't to my liking—the mattress was too soft, and I was woken up early by street noise. The meal was pleasantly served, with good quality food, and I had a nice time. Breakfast was standard, and I enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice.
Areas of the hotel are a little tired but still warm and comfortable. The food I the restaurant was excellent.The situation of the hotel was good close to centre of tow with views over the river.
The welcome was very good and warm. The room is magnificent. However, the electrical outlets don't work and the mini heater in the bathroom is broken, which is why I'm deducting two stars from the accommodation rating.
The welcome was perfect, there was a wide selection of choices for the evening meal, and the food was excellent. Breakfast offered something for everyone. The room was spacious and quiet, with quality bedding. I highly recommend it.

The lack of free parking and the distance from paid parking are disadvantageous.
Very disappointing,. The room smelt of fish, air conditioning was very noisy - so loud you couldn’t have it on through the night. Curtains were
so thin the outside street light shone through. the bathroom extractor fan broken , heater black and broken, and sink light light burnt and black, shower cubicle broken.
Bed had one leg tied up, wardrobe door faulty.
Breakfast underwhelming.

Perfect welcome, quality room, very good food with good advice on wine pairings.
Very well-located hotel, easy access and parking. Warm welcome. Room in very good condition but could do with an update in terms of decor. Perfect bedding. Hearty breakfast with something for everyone.
I recommend you try the restaurant on the ground floor! Top quality at a reasonable price. Super friendly staff.
From the reviews I read , this hotel must have some nice rooms but ours was not in the main hotel but in an adjacent building accessible up a fire escape type staircase . The room was clean but in poor decorative condition and quite small with no useful space for cases or clothes storage. One 1️⃣ f the wall mounted bedside cabinets was falling away from the soothing wall therefore was unusable , the toilet roll holder was also coming away from the wall .
The window curtains were little than courted nett curtains so did not block out the light causing light to flood the room at dawn .

Good location. Pleasant, helpful staff. They adapted the menu to meet the needs of a vegan.
No socket in the room, the furniture in the room risks falling, damage to the meal and the rest is very good except for the parking.
