From the moment we arrived to the service, the staff were incredibly attentive. The hotel is very well located, quiet, and close to the center. The rooms have character, there's secure parking, and the breakfast is delicious and gourmet. Thank you for everything! Highly recommended, we will be back.

A very simple but lovely hotel. The room was very clean with minimal extras. It was a short walking distance to wonderful restaurant and bars and downtown Beaune. The staff was beyond lovely, personable and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff. Full house, busy and end of a hot summerseason still warm smiles and personal approach. For peace and quiet I would recommend a room at the back. We were facing the square with parties going on till late at night. Not the hotel’s fault ofcourse.
Fijne rustige locatie vlakbij het centrum.
No fresh baguettes or croissants (far too hard bake-off bread and mini-viennoiseries), no fresh jam or cheese (and that in a region (Beaune, Burgundy) that prides itself on its gastronomy) and coffee that was far too lukewarm. We have had much better experiences in other hotels of a similar category.

Very kind and service-minded staff, the rooms in the garden are very nice, a bit expensive hotel but in the city center and peaceful surroundings. Breakfast could have had a bit more variety but basically fine. Bathroom and beds very good and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Parking in site and a French style breakfast with,variety of croissants,bread,jam,,coffee and fresh juice,there is also ham cheese,fruit and yoghurts .
The bedding was great quality and bed very comfortable with a.c in room.

Charming hotel, but we had to shower in a very slippery bath. The coffee and pastries were poor, but the fresh orange juice was very tasty. Otherwise, a good location and convenient parking.

Very good experience, very well located next to the city center, it's great. Unfortunately, we had to carry our suitcases up two floors, one of which was very steep. Apart from that, the welcome is warm and the hotel is air-conditioned and the bedding is great. I recommend it!

Lovely hotel in central location. We were warmly greeted at reception and shown to our room. The room was large and had everything we needed. The only thing that would have improved our stay was tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The bed was comfortable. There was the added bonus if of a car park.
The hotel was very clean & so nicely kept for an older hotel. Kevin & all the other staff were friendly & very helpful. Our breakfast was very good.

The Hôtel de la Cloche is a short distance outside the center of Beaune but it is only 5-10 minutes to the many restaurants, caves, and monuments that you would want to see, including the ramparts. It is not a fancy hotel but it is comfortable, with a fairly good breakfast and parking. The staff are warm and very helpful. We booked the family suite a little by accident, but then loved how spacious it was after we left a fancier hotel but a much smaller room in Lyon.
Very pleasant welcome, charming and functional accommodation. Very close to the historic city center. Excellent advice on outings and restaurants. I left with a big smile.

Nice, friendly reception. My suitcase was carried to my room, as there was no elevator. Beautifully renovated rooms with a top-notch bathroom. Bathroom with a window! (!). Very good breakfast.

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived by motorbike and early! The room was perfect, spacious, and overlooking the garden. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff is very professional, accommodating, and charming. We will happily return.
The hotel is very well located as it is a walking distance to the city center with all the attractions, restaurants, shops and historical sights. Lots of parking spaces at the back. Staff were kind and very friendly. Clean and comfortable. We will come back to this hotel and highly recommeneded.
