The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and courteous. The food was outstanding. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Upon arrival, the hotel staff were very supportive of our needs as I was traveling with a colleague for our business. Excellent customer service and above average value for service.

Since the restaurant is closed for the holidays, we would expect the manager to have a list of restaurants available for customers rather than hastily putting it together and leaving us to our own devices. Regarding breakfast, eggs could be offered.
I will never return to a hotel like yours!!! Woke up by the cleaning lady both days at 7:30 a.m.!!! Despite having warned the management and moreover she knocked on our door to be able to make the room at 9:30 a.m. It's a disgrace for the price it's -3 stars!!!

We appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. We can also enjoy additional in-room amenities: hot water and drinks, and toiletries. The terrace and landscaped garden are a plus for a pleasant stay.

LAMENTABLE we were 3 couples from the same family with 3 children. When we arrived we were offered the buffet breakfast for €12 per person (service between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.) Arrival of the 3 couples for lunch between 9:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. I pointed out around 9:45 a.m. that there was only one pastry left (mini croissant) The manager indicated that he was not restocking: there would be no more pastries and given the time....... UNACCEPTABLE RESPONSE for a 3-star hotel €12 x 9 or €108 for not much for a supposedly all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast

The rooms are a little noisy. The thin, poorly insulated doors allow you to hear the neighbors' comings and goings, more or less discreetly... the slamming doors and the nighttime gatherings in the hallway... that needs work...
Second evening at this hotel and I recommend it to my colleagues. A superb dinner and a spacious and very pleasant room. Bravo!

A little disappointed with my stay at the Clermotel. The bed was not at all comfortable, the shower was barely lukewarm, and the tile floor throughout the room was ice cold.

The hotel was very good, with a comfortable and clean room and a good breakfast. I also enjoyed the restaurant. One small drawback: I was next to the corridor door leading to the rooms and I could hear it every time it opened, but I would still come back if needed.
