The rooms were very clean and spacious. However, the temperature was much too low; the single radiator, behind the curtain, only provided moderate heat and struggled to warm the entire room.

The electric vehicle charging station is too weak; it needs a 150 or 300 kWh station. This would ensure faster charging and free up space for other electric vehicle users.

Charging stations with 150 or 300 kWh capacities involve very high material and installation costs, in addition to the significant space they occupy. This type of station is generally installed and managed by companies specializing in this type of service. Furthermore, their installation could lead to the use of the stations by vehicles belonging to people who are not hotel guests, which we wish to avoid in order to guarantee availability for our guests.
That being said, we have taken note of your comment and we are considering upgrading our current facilities to 30 kW charging stations, which will optimize charging while remaining suitable for our customers' needs.

It had been a long time since I'd had such a great customer experience. Right from the booking stage, things looked promising because, by booking directly, I was able to reserve a charging point for the night (which isn't always the case). I had booked a single room and ended up picking up my son upon returning to the hotel around midnight, and they moved us to a twin room free of charge (except for the tourist tax, of course). Waking up with a splitting headache, I asked the receptionist if she had an aspirin. She told me the hotel didn't (due to regulations), but she took one out of her bag for me. In short, with a great night's sleep and a good breakfast, it was a perfect stay.

I chose this hotel for my stay because it was just a 20-minute walk from the main campus of the University of Western Brittany (UBO) where I had some meetings. The breakfast was surorisingly rich and varied. The hotel is spacious and well equipped. There is a metro being constructed in Brest so some roads around the hotel were temporarily closed. My room (107) was spacious, clean and contained complimentary tea/coffee service. I did however have a broken bulb and a very spotty internet/WiFi connection - so much so that I could not use my laptop. The bath/shower had no curtain; so quite a challenge to wash properly without making a mess on the floor!

While the restaurant room is very pleasant, why not take advantage of this room? - not enough space for all the residents in the parking lot, which can create tensions between users - the rooms and bathrooms deserve a good refresh and to be brought up to date (the shower tray was cracked, plastic washbasin, etc.) good hotel, the big negative point will remain the breakfast room

The bed is a bit small. A 140 cm bed in a hotel today is below the hotel's standard in my opinion. The breakfast at 14€, even if it is very generous, also seems excessive to me. So we didn't take it because it is almost a quarter of the price of the room. Access to the hotel was complicated because of the roadworks but this is not the fault of the hotel.

My stay was ruined by the completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the front desk staff. My pre-booked sauna/hammam time was mismanaged, causing a 25-minute delay. Just minutes into my session, an alarm was sounded for no reason, forcing me to cut my time short.
When I went to the reception to ask why, the employee rudely admitted that her colleague had set off the alarm despite being told not to. This is not the level of service you expect at a 3-star hotel. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

Very good hotel, room with very practical kitchenette. Spacious room and bathroom. I appreciated the included 30-minute access to the sauna and hammam. The bedding is very good. No air conditioning, personally that doesn't bother me. There is a fan. The only downside is the room on the ground floor where you can't open the blinds too much at night to cool down because it looks directly onto the street. Otherwise, everything was very good. The welcome, the bedding, the room. We were even able to leave our motorcycle helmets on the day of departure while we made a final visit.

In addition it made a lot of noise, so I had to open the window. The surprise in the morning, woken up by the backhoe dumping the pieces of road into a truck! I think they could have found a room at the back of the building, I don't think the hotel was full

Room on the ground floor overlooking construction work: impossible to open the window (noise, risk of seeing someone enter, passers-by who see directly into the room ....) and when it is hot, especially in the absence of air conditioning, it is really not pleasant. Very small and not very pleasant bathroom. Breakfast: very noisy common room, without window. The large common tables are not particularly appreciated. The quality of the products is quite average.

Unfortunately our room was on the same level as the passing road and there was a traffic light. People would stare into our room as they were waiting for the treffic light to turn green. Also there are currently road works in progress. It is quite noisy.

I booked a room with a large bed and ended up with a small bed. I'm 1m83 tall and my feet were dangling all night. A very difficult and uncomfortable night. However, the room was clean. The reception was simple with no explanation of the location and times of breakfast, yet I was asked if I was having it. No explanation for night access to the parking lot. I've experienced much better with this hotel.

The hotel's parking lot is not locked after 9 p.m. No greeting from the person who manages breakfast. A lamp in the room doesn't work. The receptionist wanted me to pay for my stay even though I had already booked it online. I had to wait 10 minutes for the receptionist to return my room card, but there was no one at the reception desk.

We come to this hotel as a family twice a year and are very satisfied. The free, closed parking is a big plus....the well-decorated dining room...; beautiful hotel, however the shower is very cracked; (watch out for leaks!) there is no longer a small bottle of water in the room... (thirsty at night: go to the corridor...) and I seem to remember that there was a magnifying mirror in the shower room??? When I booked my stay (via Egencia), I had requested a quiet room. Located 5 meters from the street, it wasn't very quiet, and a rolling noise (like a washing machine) was constantly audible. My primary expectation in a hotel is quiet; this is more important than automatic room assignment.
