A beautiful hotel with stunning decor. Spacious room, comfortable bedding. Excellent breakfast. Lovely decor. Ideal location.
The staff was awesome and the room was very nice. As I approached my room I felt that I was entering a very luxurious accommodation. When I asked for something at the front desk, the staff didn't hesitate to provide it for me. All said and done, I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint was the Internet WiFI. It was very slow for me.

We had a great time. The hotel was very clean, we lived the design. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay, a little more vegetables would have been nice (eg. tomatoes, cucumber, salad). Prices in Dunkirk are relatively high. Compared to other accomodations, I would say this is a good choice. We had ajoining rooms and it was quite noisy. In our case, this was not an issue as we travelled together woth the other couple next door. However, had they been strangers, it would have been uncomfortable.
When you enter the Hotel you might be taken aback, the reception area needs some renovation. But … please do try to get over it, the rooms are perfect, and the bathrooms are beyond perfect and stylish. And the staff is so very friendly and helpful, the location is awesome.

Large and comfortable room with quality services
We had booked a Standard+ room, we were upgraded to a Comfort room. It was a nice surprise. The room and bathroom were huge. The hotel and rooms have been renovated, really tastefully, the receptionists were all welcoming, helpful and smiling. Breakfast was top notch, varied and of high quality, finally a real freshly squeezed orange juice offered in a hotel. The breakfast staff were just as helpful and smiling and on the lookout so we didn't miss anything. The hotel has a beautiful location at the port, easy to park for free. Free bus nearby if necessary, good restaurants nearby. The hotel is about twenty minutes from the sea wall. We will gladly stay there again during our next weekend in Dunkirk.

A pleasant city hotel for a stopover in Dunkirk. Easy parking is available nearby, and it's also within walking distance of the marina, museums, and city center. The beach is also about twenty minutes away. In short, a convenient location.

We booked a suite with harbour view, beautiful room and very clean. Beds are great and the bathroom is brand new I think. Location is great.

Excellent hotel, sumptuous rooms, highly qualified staff, very professional, comfort, tranquility, modernism, style, everything is very sustained and cozy. Of all the hotels I have stayed in, this one is by far the best. You want to live there year-round. It is more than a recommendation, it is an obligation to come here as much for its charm and discretion as for the people who work there who are polite and available that unfortunately we rarely see today. Nothing to complain about, even the seagulls love it! Big, HUGE ❤️

The Bar (the room) is not sufficiently "cozy" and does not encourage people to go there, it's a shame it lacks much (decor, club armchairs, green plants). The soundproofing of the rooms could be improved. A little music in the breakfast room would be welcome.
