The hotel was clean and the staff very welcoming and helpful. The city center is a 30-minute walk away, and the street is quiet. The breakfast was very good. I recommend it!
The room was very clean. The welcome was very satisfactory. The husband and wife were very pleasant. They answered all our questions clearly, especially regarding going to the Christmas market and getting around town. The breakfast was very generous. I recommend this establishment without hesitation.
Second stay. Everything is perfect. I highly recommend it. We will return.

Friendly welcome. Very comfortable room. Well-located hotel. The only downside is the toilet, separate from the bathroom, which is far too narrow. Access is difficult.
Nothing to complain about this hotel: ideal location for reaching the old town and the shores of Lake Annecy. From the accommodation to the staff, everything was perfect, whether it was for the hotel or the restaurant side. It's a shame that the restaurant isn't open Friday and Saturday evenings and all day Sunday because the food is of high quality. Unlike some banners displayed on some building balconies, the place is calm and quiet. Worth a visit for one or more nights.
The room was probably often used as a smoking room. A cloud of fragrance was supposed to mask this. That's simply not possible.

The hotel facades are very uninviting and there is no air conditioning in the south-facing rooms, which kept the temperature over 30 degrees all night! Other than the reasonable price and the fact that it was clean, I would not recommend this hotel.
The people who work there are very friendly, the hotel is clean, only the fan is a little small for the hot weather, but otherwise I think it's good value for money.

Nothing to report
Everything is fine, especially the very friendly welcome. For me, the disappointment was breakfast, where I didn't find any eggs or any fruit. There's only fruit juice, but in a bottle, which is like drinking sugary water! Honestly, providing even a few oranges, apples, or kiwis is really "out of budget"! Too bad. Good point: good croissants.

Seule petite remarque: il manque des rideaux occultants si l'on fait un sejour plus long et si on souhaite dormir un peu plus longtemps le matin.

Well received, good room, fault 4th floor without elevator and no stopover evening at the weekend... Afraid to take the van down to the garage and small parking spaces... The water in the shower drains badly...
