Pleasant, well-located, and clean hotel. The room, however, was very small and seriously lacked air conditioning. The fan wasn't enough, and the street noise prevented us from opening the window. Unfortunately, it was a bit expensive for a sleepless night...

Very disappointed with the price of the room 110 euros, no elevator, no air conditioning in these hot days

Small, family-friendly hotel (very warm welcome) and ideal location, between the banks of the Allier and the center of Vichy. Breakfast with two options is very good. Perfect bedding.

Business trip with two overnight stays. No air conditioning, intense heat, just a fan. Room overlooking a very noisy road. Regarding the partner restaurant, the food wasn't great.

It was up to 39 degrees this week in Vichy. Given the temperatures and the orange heatwave alert plan, we understand that the fan was insufficient for this period.
Regarding the room, we will be happy to offer you a courtyard-side room upon request when booking.
However, we understand that you were bothered by the noise since it is difficult to sleep with the window open in the city center without hearing the traffic.
We are passing your comment on to our partner, but this is an isolated case, we have received many compliments about this restaurant.

Comfortable hotel with everything you need to feel good. Comfortable bedding. Impeccable welcome and great care for us. The rooms have double glazing which protects from the noise of the street on this busy artery. We think that in the summer it is better to have a room on the courtyard side to be able to open the windows without the inconvenience of noise. The breakfasts are generous. Thank you for everything.

Too bad, very disturbed night; noise, voices and slamming doors until 2 a.m.

We are sorry that your stay was disturbed by the RNS Malagasy football team, who caused a disturbance that night on their way back from the gala. We made their behavior clear to them upon their departure.
This incident is unusual at our establishment, we are sorry that you were disturbed by their actions. They woke up the entire hotel that night since all the rooms sent us complaints and claims the following morning.
