Comfortable, quiet hotel with friendly staff
I have been staying at this hotel since 2019, about 2 or 3 times a year. The welcome is warm and efficient.

Staff were fantastic and welcoming. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Rooms are a little tired and could do with some updating but no issue. Location is perfect and views from the rooms of Pierrefond Castle are awesome.

Nice hotel but no elevator
Well located (close to the lake and the castle), the hotel is welcoming and offers great accommodation (small shower) and catering (really delicious)

This was our second visit, we stayed back in 2016 but wanted to come again - partly for the setting, but once that was decided, the hotel picked itself. The staff were all lovely - put up with my awful French... the food was also brilliant - possibly the best breakfast I've had.
The hotel is not modern with all conveniences and is not cheap, but I totally enjoyed my stay and would certainly come again.
Excellent little hotel in a very interesting location (views of chateau and lake) with small, simple rooms, a super restaurant and friendly and professional staff. Not our first stay and won't be our last.
Staff attentive to its customers we spent a night in room 323 where it was overwhelmingly hot given the extremely high outside temperatures we were brought a portable air conditioner and a fan and we thank you for it. The evening meal was delicious and breakfast was just as much

Basic hotel that suited us for a one night stay to visit Pierrefondes.
The staff are all super friendly and efficient and the chef is absolutely amazing. It was a pleasure eating outside eating our evening meal with a lovely glass of champagne.

We arrived late so the kitchen was about to close it they kept it open for us and the food was really nice and great value for the money. They where so friendly and nice and the location was great. Can recommend!
Recommended for a weekend or a stopover
Everything was perfectly lovely, friendly and professional. Our misfortune was that the hot water heater failed during our visit. No ho water.

The hotel is well situated with beautiful view on lake and castle. We had a room in the attic which needs renovation, because the bathroom tiles were briken and it was uncomfortable to have a shower in the bath with a low ceiling and no grips which needed care to get in and out. But the room was clean and the bed comfortable

The owner is very welcoming and friendly and ensured all guests enjoy their stay.
The room was very clean with good amenities. The bed was really comfy with a great view.
We had our evening meal in the hotel restaurant and the food was outstanding. A good choice and all our meals were cooked to perfection and very tasty. The breakfast was also of excellent quality. And the excellent service was consistent during our stay.

This is a wonderful hotel with fantastic food at a sensible price. Loved every minute of our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view of the castle and lake. It was a three star hotel with five star food.
Beautiful location with wonderful service. Accommodations are a bit dated but more importantly it was clean. We booked the room for 5 which was perfect and spacious.
