Establishment which has improved a lot with work to beautify the rooms and the restaurant.

















The hotel classifications should be reviewed; this one is basic in every way. The menu offered does not correspond to the proposal on the website. Upon arrival at 5:00 p.m., the hotel was closed, despite the announcement on the booking confirmation. Opening at 6:00 p.m., I wasn't the only one surprised! No one answered the hotel phone. The response was very unsatisfactory and unprofessional at the central accommodations. After almost 40 years of loyalty to this chain, we will have to resolve to change our protest supplier, this being by far not the only disappointment in the last 2 years! Kind regards, K. Friedli
